there prices are amazing, there shipping is fast and affordable for anyone. they have the fastest and best customer support out of any other place. they are really the best

My son have ordered from this company and we paid for the shipping we paid for the tariff fees. We tracking the ship and it says that it’s in the US then it goes back to China as we communicate to whom we purchased it through they want us to pay extra fees or Tiff fees to ship back. Why would we do that if we already paid what we need to pay to get the items to us?

I’ve contacted Kakobuy customer service more than 20 times about my missing package, and I still haven’t received a single concrete answer.

I keep getting vague, copy-paste responses telling me to “be patient” or that they’re “checking with the logistics provider,” but nobody can tell me where my package actually is or who has it. DHL says they have only received an electronic shipping notice and never received the parcel, while Kakobuy claims it’s with the transporter.

After 20+ contacts, this level of customer support is unacceptable. I’m not asking for excuses—I’m asking for a clear answer about the location of my package and who is responsible for it

Honestly ive had a great experience with kakobuy, the shipping is fast, the website is easy to navigate through and the support crew responds fast to all questions.

BUYER BEWARE!!! I ordered some golf clubs in June. Paid for shipping and insurance to be safe. Kakobuy messaged me and said my items were oversized and that i needed to pay more for shipping. I paid the extra (even though i paid for the rehearsal packaging). My items have still not been sent. It has been 6 weeks. Each time i email or ask the service people, they send an automated response. "you parcel was returned because it was oversize" "we have resent it" ect... repeatedly for weeks on end. No resolution, no-one you can talk to and just automated generic responses. and nothing actually happens.
This site is a scam.
Their system is to pay people to advertise for them (youtubers, tiktok ect...) the more you use someone's code, the more they get paid, so a lot of the media you see around the company is false. its only so they advertisers can get more commissions.

I have had a really great experience with them they had good communication and are fast to respond if you any problems they have good shipping prices and fast shipping i enjoyed my experience

KakoBuy has been the most user friendly agent I have used and customer service has been great for me the qc pictures are also ALWAYS really nice and have good quality

From all of the other agents i have used this one is for sure the best, its easy to buy, you get good qc pictures, the support is good. they have a lot of coupons which none of the other agents had and it has the cheapest shipping i came across so far for sure reccomend this agent.
