All the ordered materials were good and the fitting was nice too. We all liked the silk material and the feel of it.
The material was delivered very late though, I had to follow up several times with the courier.

It fit perfectly, felt great, and received numerous compliments. I truly enjoyed wearing it—it's a favorite!

Messed up my blouse.
Didn't deliver on time

I order 3 suits. 1 is very good and other 2 suits were not as expected in material and embroidery. Little tight on the sides. Overall is ok.

The lining in the kurta is of the cheapest quality.

I am in Mumbai after 21 years and had amazing memories of shopping at the amazing Kalaniketan for truly exquisite silks and outstanding service.

This time, my experience was awful. I bought a beautiful Jamdhani saree (£350) and left instructions to have a satin petticoat and the Sari finished. I returned to a saree that they had butchered and cut off the fringe altogether. This makes the pallu (decorative end) of the sari very ineffective. The finishing of the end was also 3rd class.They also proceeded to fob me off with a cotton petticoat.

The sales team did not even have the curtesy to apologise.

I am so very disappointed. I will avoid Kalaniketan at all costs and advise you all to be cautious if you are ever unfortunate enough to have to shop there.

It needs to improved a lot I feel. I was waiting for the delivery from past 10 days and after that I contacted Customer care then they came to know about the delivery and then they initiated and took 6 days more to get the delivery delivered. Lot of work needs to be done! Thanks !

Excellent. Selection For Women's.

They are quick to respond to any customer service issues. They talk on the phone to resolve issues.
Basically if customer service is good when ordering online all other things fall into place. It gives peace of mind.

I had a horrible experience ordering from them. They took way too long getting me the order. I even talked to them multiple times to confirm that my order will be here in time for the function I was wearing my suit to. It arrived more than two weeks later than what they told me. There was so much miscommunication & they did not even care to compensate me in any way for the mishandling on their part. Super disappointed in their business & my overall experience with them was terrible.

Experience with Kalaniketan was good, it took some time to deliver to USA but mine was not so urgent so felt ok. I had ordered along with blouse stitching and saree pico fall, regarding quality every thing is good. Blouse measurements are as given but I see they have not followed the same pattern as given.

Worth!!! Go for it.

The delivery was very late than promised or instructed
Secondly the blouze measurements were messed up with less counts
Basically it was really a very bad experience with no follow ups

International shopping . Shipped on time but the wrong size .

Photos did Not show true design of Anarkali. It did not show that it had slits beginning from torso. Material is so thin, it is very cheap. Threads coming out.
