Scam. Only delivered half the gems.
They scammed me, bought gems for Life Makeover but they only delivered half of the promised gems. Terrible customer service, I was denied a refund. Shame on them.

had done topup via Kaleoz platform…
had done topup via Kaleoz platform previously and lost around USD 500 for genshin. I had to check with topup seller in kaleoz again and again due to fradulent topup in my genshin account, which results in negative value in my account.
with no choice, i had to topup double using the ingame topup to make up the balance.
out of anger i already deleted my account with kaleoz. This happened in 2022, and had posted in trustpilot before.
22 jul 2024 (Added) : I am more than happy to provide the email which I sent to genshin customer service and the reply from genshin that the topup were not recognised.

There are a few more however I had already deleted my own account with kaleoz in 2022 and the screenshorts of order ID payment to this specific seller was included in the email to genshin customer service. There were 2 sellers which I liaised and had topup with, however the main seller which helped me to topup and caused me the unnecessary financial loss is the one which I listed my order number with.
Unfortunately I had lost all the records of chats with this specific seller.
22 jul 2024 (Added) SG Time: 3:35pm. I had received an email today stating that my account is not deleted and I managed to trace all my receipts. Total financial damage is S$534.88. Kaleoz had reverted me back to the seller to resolve and it doesn't really help as going back to the seller, most likely they would either deny or apologise and attempt to topup again. I had attached my email correspondence from Genshin and chat transcript with Kaleoz Cust service with the specific seller in name. In addition, I would prefer Kaleoz to step in and assist this kind of matters in future for all your consumers.
PS: That said, I am not trusting Kaleoz since it is very hard to screen whether which sellers are legit who does topup via an external party. So charge at your own risk.

This is scam site guys, don't buy from them, I lost so much money, all the good reviews here are fake. They pretend that they want you to reach out if there is a problem. I've been actively contacting for 2 weeks now, countless messages, email, phone call everyday, non answered. They will give you the products for the first two times, then you put in a large amount, they will disappear on you, they erase all the purchase activities in my registered account to erase all the evidences.
