Delayed shipping probably a month. Simple order. Can't get a refund from paypal. This company is giving me the run around. HUGE PAIN!

I have ordered many many products. As for the size, I followed the guidelines and they perfectly reflect my size. I am very satisfied with every package I got. I am willing to pay more.

I bought a shirt from kalesafe, the shirt is a classic. The material is soft and comfortable beyond what I expected at all. And it looks great with jeans or cargo pants. I wear it to work and out on the town.

Discounted items and free delivery over$99 It's just amazing. Men's western fashion outfits are quite attractive. I bought it from here, and it was perfect for me. I am so pleased with this online store. I am very happy with the cloth I purchased here. Best recommended online store ever.☺️☺️

Updating this I did receive my whole order eventually. I found the same cargo pants as seen in the photo I am very happy today! I saw a lot of offers on the website, out of that I applied for the order and I saved money. High recommended this deal.

I've had several purchases from kalesafe and I have to say my items have been really good, the quality is good for the price I paid and the sizing is good too, if you want expensive then obviously kalesafe isn't for you.

The clothing is exceptional and the reviews are often spot-on with sizing. Although some items do appear slightly different (could just be the look on me versus the models) for the price you can’t beat it. Especially for items you really only plan on wearing a few times.

This is the worst experience I have ever had.
Way over priced, very poor quality product and the worst customer service I've ever come across.
If there was a rating below 1 star it would be a minus 5 star.
Want a refund, they will offer you less than half the value and only give you store credit.
Was sent the wrong item, because they were out of stock and they didn't advise me of that, but sent an item worth a crappy $5 if that, to replace a $34 item I paid for.
The list goes with self serving correspondence from them.

Items are nothing like those illustrated on site. Absolute rip off. Avoid!!

I have been calling the customer service number for hours and no answer i also emailed them no answer. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS WEBSITE OR ITS AFFILIATES. I HAVE FOUND THESE CLOTHES AND MANY MORE STYLES ON LINE CHEAPER ALSO.

I've received goods (2 x tops and 2 x shorts) from this company which are absolutely awful. I'd give zero stars if it was an option. In a nutshell, the goods are not fit to be sold. Cheap looking, too small and mostly without labels and washing instructions. I've emailed the 'company' (which seems to use several names) and explained my position and requested a refund. I've had a polite but insincere reply asking for information they should have or don't need. Just time-wasting. I actually thought I was dealing with an American company it was so well disguised. I've had to deal with scammers from China before and don't want to do this again. It shames GENUINE Chinese companies and should be stopped from source, in this case they give an address in Hong Kong.

20 MAY 2023 I've had a rquest for further info from "Kalesafe". It's asking for the "product code". There are 2-3 possibilities on the packaging and since they sent the order they should know this. I'll try to answer but I'm sure it's just more time-wasting.

I was never a fan of ordering online because I'd been scammed far too many times from different brands, but this time I try it. I admire the manufacturer's attention to detail and innovative approach to bringing new outfits to the public at a reasonable price.

Absolute garbage, all the crap they send you is only good for wiping down your car after washing it. Avoid buying any of this sweatshop crap

My first experience wasn't the greatest, but I decided to give them another try, and I'm glad I did. I would love to order from kalesafe again.

Do not buy this garbage! Cheap Chinese crap The material shrinks a lot with one wash. I ordered 2X size shirts which were closer to a medium size The shirts stiching was very poorly done They must have payed people to give them a good rating Deserve a 0!

Low quality merchandise. I just tried to return the shorts because I ordered L and they sent XL, but they are totally useless. $29.99 shorts and they'll either give me $16 store credit for more of their crappy merch or $13 back. I have to ship the shorts to them for a refund, and I refuse because THEY SCREWED UP! I will never do business with these people again. I've contacted my credit card to get at least the cost of the shorts disputed.

What can I say - I totally agree with the rest of the reviews posted regarding this site. I would definately give this company a minus one. Nothing, and I mean nothing from the pictures, descriptions and materials used for their products are as described. I ordered various t-shirts and a sweatshirt for my son's birthday. When the parcel finally arrived it had 3 different t-shirts in there, nothing in the parcel was what I ordered. Is there nothing that can be done to STOP company's like this trading. BEWARE! Since posting my review it seems my review has been switched to another review site where all of a sudden its listed with "people who say they are extremely satisfied with their purchases" - I wonder where they cam from all of a sudden!!!
