From date of order to delivery 18 days. I'm 6'1" ordered 2XL, a little too small, with no belt. I ordered because of the belt in the add. Know where did the add say "Belt not included" Besides that the pockets are so small, most I can't get my hand in. Looked at their return policy (should have done this first) may as well consider it a loss. Will not order again.

They are a scam
They are a scam. Some items were not the correct size as identified on their website. Someone from their customer service team offered to refund $31 to my credit card. After two months (and more claims they are "processing it," no refund. I wish I would have looked on BBB before I ordered. Lesson learned.

SCAM ALERT
I bought 3 shorts from these scam artists and expected to receive quality as the price was rather hefty but the false glossy pictures sold them to me. As soon as they arrived I realised that I've been ultimately scammed and tried to write to them but obviously couldn't find their (non-existent) customer service and left it there and came over here to review them so that other unassuming potential scam victims wouldn't suffer as I did financially. Please do yourselves a great favour and either to go shops or buy from a supportive online portal such as Ebay or Amazon where if something goes wrong you could get your hard earned money back.

Terrible service. The wrong size was ordered. I immediately saw this and emailed you with the correct size. It took you two days to read my email. There was no way to amend the order once I placed it. I want a refund. I will never buy again, and this was my first purchase. Your customer service and website suck. I will tell all my friends too. I ALREADY CONTACTED YOU. THE ORDER WAS SET FOR DELIVERY AND YOU SAID YOU COULD NOT CHANGE IT. The next day you mailed it. Nobody even tried to change the size before it was sent. In response, I did send you messages and spoke on the phone with your representatives. You shipped the item even though it is the wrong size. What else do you want to know?
