Awful customer care. I ordered 4 tops all sent back due to size I payed for first class delivery on the 23rd February and was delivered and signed for on the 25th February. However they are claiming they have not received the items even though I have pictures evidence and a pin location of where the parcel was dropped. I Have spoke to a person called Harry who first responded when I asked how come I hadn’t been refunded and he claimed that they had not received the parcel however I have since sent him all the pictures tracking reference and mentioned that the Royal Mail have looked into it and the pin location says it was dropped and delivered to their location and so on and surprise surprise he has now gone silent after more messages from myself. I don’t normally write reviews however I have never really dealt with such a shambolic company. I have now got PayPal involved and hopefully I will get my money back. You can tell this is a small company just in the way they conduct themselves and it’s a shame cause through my own experience is that good service gains repeat business.

Love the brand but they’ve not released nothing for months and have done zero stories or updates and Don’t do any stories looks like the owners are more concerned about their other company hera, shame as kalibre has huge potential to be the next Arne

Bought one of their men’s coats, awful quality and fit, returned it within a few days and had it signed for on the 10th Feb, (19 days ago) I’ve emailed them a couple of times and messaged them on instagram with no response and I’m non the wiser of what’s going on! Awful quality and awful service! Will not be going back and do not recommend. Also this is the first negative review I’ve ever written, I’m lost for words and the lack of customer service and felt compelled to write this because I’m not sure what else to do, to get my money back!! AVOID!

I only ordered last night at 9:56 pm and my delivery was here in less than 15 hours the next day ! which I didn’t expect so was a nice suprise, it did not disappoint! The material and quality is unreal I wish I ordered more than a twin set now amazing brand and will be ordering lots more in the future

Also even the attention to detail on email and packaging was spot on felt personal and a lot of care went into both 👌🏾

Great fitting trousers. Smart, tapered (not skinny), clean aesthetic. Would recommend.

Met the owner while on vacation and he was so genuine and kind. I approached him, asked where he got the shirt he was holding (because I’m always looking for clothes for my boyfriend) and he told me it’s from his clothing company. The next day we met him at the same spot and he ended up giving us a bag of clothes he used for a photo shoot. He was very humble, giving, and I really appreciate his kindness in gifting us some high quality pieces (I’m a seamstress and the stitching is very well done) thank you thank you thank you!
