I purchased a ring whilst on a cruise and am yet still to receive this . Customer service is so poor yet they have my money but I don't have my ring how can this be rig

Earrings were out of stock and had to be made. That’s fine but, how about you let the client know there’s been a delay? Instead of waiting for them to contact you?
Disappointed in the earrings when they eventually did arrive. Definitely not the same quality of the pieces I’ve seen face to face. Won’t be purchasing from the website again.

Ordered 2 pieces, the necklace came very quickly. The earrings which was ordered before the necklace, there was nothing. No correspondence stating delivery.
Both pieces once I received were beautiful.

The stack ring i received was very sharp where the stones were. Uncomfortable to wear

They did not send what I ordered. Now I have to send it back and wait again for the correct item

I purchased a ring on P&O ship, Iona, in the first week in May. Other than the sheer amount of pressure applied (I had THREE staff members trying to tell me I should buy two rings from them), when I chose one which would need to be ordered in my size, they don't tell you that ordering your size is counted as 'custom' and therefore no returns or order cancellations allowed. The ring took weeks to arrive, with little to no communication in the meantime. It has arrived (17th July) and is the wrong size. I contacted them immediately, and followed up again 23rd July and have had no response at all from them to acknowledge this. An absolute rip off with rubbish customer service. I would not recommend.

I purchased a special order ring on the P&O cruise ship. It arrived last Monday and it is the incorrect ring, nothing like what I ordered. I have emailed the special orders email address given on the dispatch note and used the contact form on the website, and I have had no response from either. It has been a week and a half with no response from the company and an incorrect order sent. Absolutely disgusting customer service and overall service from the company! How can you order a special order and a completely different ring arrive? Do not buy from this company!

After About 6 weeks I finally got my earrings. I love the emerald earrings, but i wish they would open more. The opening is very narrow. Peg Guenther

I received my ring and three days later a diamond chip fell out. I immediately sent an email. Its been two weeks and i have not received any response other than an email to give a rating
My order number is 2264. I received the ring on June 26

I bought a beautiful white gold diamond ring via auction on the P&O Iona cruise. My address on the certificate of authenticity was spelt wrong and needed rectifying. Instead of waiting she said it would be delivered to my cabin as we were leaving the next day (yesterday). I didn’t receive it so I went to reception before disembarking and he sent Kallati an email… I’ll wait to see if it arrives to my home address…

The ease of seeing all the beautiful pieces of jewelry that you have available. The website is very easy to navigate. My jewelry arrived on time. I love the beautiful ocean waterfall pendant. Since purchasing it, I also went online and purchased ear rings and ring to go with it.

Very good customer service after two diamonds fell out of my special bracelet.

I sent an email inquiring about my order when it hadn’t been mailed after 10 days. I never received a reply but I quickly received an automated email that the order had been sent. I don’t know if there was any correlation.

I would not even give 1 star for this jeweller. I bought ear rings for my daughter in royal caribbean ship and clearly mentioned to the sales person its for my toddler. They mentioned it a good product and hard to come off from ears. I bought the product on April 29th and my daughter wore it for 2 days. She lost 1 ear ring as it easily comes off without any effort. These products are expensive but doesn't meet basic safety.
