Excellent Customer Service - Kanan Enterprices

Sumit Verma CEO of KANAN ENTERPRISES, has been been helpful and kept us posted through out. Items received and he also compensated for a few items that they forgot to pack.

Glad to receive my consignments even during the pandemic time. He managed to complete my order and ship the consignment.

Glad to have done my business with him and his company.

All the best for future business.

BE AWARE OF CHEATER FRAUD SUMIT VERMA

BE AWARE OF CHEATER FRAUD SUMIT VERMA, who is the ceo of the company KANAN ENTERPRISES IN PUNJAB.

This man is a master is making false promises and pretends to be professional business man, but he doesn’t deliver! The only truth is that Sumit Verma is a big amateur and he lies big time to get his money.

From May 2018 till February 2019, we showed our understanding and kindness for the delay and unprofessional way of doing business. We didn’t have a proper overview of our order, we had no control over the timeframe of the process, Sumit wasn’t able to make the essential part of our order and he send us an incomplete order what caused that we missed out on revenues especially in upcoming wedding season.

• During our first business trip to Patiala on 18th May 2018, we agreed on a business deal for wedding decoration items including shipping costs as mentioned in the quotation.

• First disappointment. After discussing with Sumit, we came to Patiala for second business trip to in October 2018. This was meant to check if our order was complete and we wanted to be present at the loading and shipping to its destination. Once arrived in Patiala, our order was not ready for shipping. Sumit also didn’t manage to make the essential part. As we were in Patiala and you needed to finish our order, we added some items and made changes in our order for shipping at earliest.

• We agreed that Sumit would do the shipping within two weeks after we left India. This means that our goods would arrive in the first week of December at the place of destination. So, we started to make arrangements for upcoming wedding season, and we are still on time to make preparations for wedding season 2019.

• As of December 1st, we rented a storage month as you kept telling us that you will do shipping on time and we were expecting the goods.

• Two months later on February 7th, Sumit finally admitted that he is not able to make the most essential part. We replied that we don’t need a simple crystal mandap as its already outdated in our market. Sumit promised us to send extra materials to compensate.

• We agreed that Sumit would send all finished items immediately. Except for the most essential part. Sumit would send that later, otherwise the remaining order will not arrive on time for wedding season 2019.

• Sumit would send all items as per the final list including flowers from Delhi to our country.

• After agreeing on shipping, Sumit kept repeatedly asking for payment. First, we wanted to see pictures of the finished items before making the final payment. However, he kept insisting on payment without sending us pictures of ALL items. On top of that, Sumit himself proposed to make the payment after receiving the items because you delayed. Couple of days later, he started insisting on payment again.

• As proof of shipment, Sumit would send us the packing list with prices and pictures of every single item. Accordingly, we would negotiate about the total price. As expected, he failed to send us the packing list and we said the we don’t want the items anymore. We didn’t know exactly what Sumit is about to send in the container. He kept telling that all items are ready, except for that essential part. Once again, we agreed on payment after receiving.

• On February 25th, he sends us the draft packing list as proof of shipping. However, there are no pictures attached. Again, he asked for payment.

• Apparently, he didn’t pay the shipping cost, which was clearly included in the agreed total price. On top of that, he kept asking us to pay the shipping cost to him. Why would we pay him, when he didn’t pay them first of all?! We were informed about this matter by our customs and we had to pay to the customs directly. Afterwards, Sumit send us a revised invoice without shipping costs on February 28th. Since you never paid the shipping cost, you were not allowed to ask us EUR 2600!

• The biggest issue and largest point of frustration is the INCOMPLETE DELIVERY. The packing list showed 75 packages, you insisted that all items mentioned in the packing list are there.

• We opened all 75 packages in numerical order. We are missing 22 essential items!!

Conclusion:
Sumit persuaded us to buy a unique mandap along with all kinds of accessories, but he never delivered us those accessories! On top of that, all pillars are skewed, which is truly unacceptable!

Sumit made us wait for almost one FULL YEAR for our order, where after the order appears to be incomplete!

Sumit asks us to pay the shipping costs to him, while he never paid any shipping cost. The papers for customs were also incorrect. We had to rectify and justify all his mistakes to the customs!

Most important, he is a LIAR! He lied that he send the full order including extras, while it was not true. Sumit Verma is very good in selling and asking payment, but he will not deliver as discussed! SO BE CAREFUL OF YOUR MONEY.

This man is a true liar, THIEF and absolutely no business man. He should be forbidden and boycotted by international companies for business, because he is damaging the image of Indian companies.

STAY ALERT, don’t get deceived by Sumit Verma, CEO of Kanan Enterprises.
