Either incompetent or a scam

I have ordered from them 8 days ago, I've sent an email, not heard anything, I want my money back(they don't have an email address or phone number on their website, I had to send an email as a reply to the sales receipt, judging by the reviews on here it looks really unlikely I'm going to get anything, I will be raising this with my bank and posting on social media

Placed an order over a week ago closer…

Placed an order over a week ago closer to 2 weeks now still not received them emailed them and no reply ended up raising a dispute with my bank to try and get a refund. Only after posting this a got a email asking if I had received my order which I didn’t as it shows order placed awaiting details . So it takes a bad review for someone to contact you after already sending emails about the order . To be asked what would it take for me to remove my post . Total shocking

Look at this man’s google & GOV Business overview online

⚠️❗️⚠️❗️⚠️This company doesn’t even deserve the 1*. I placed an order 9th Jan. I still have not recieved this. I have emailed twice with no response. I have messaged on TikTok, no response. I even went into this guys live stream to ask where my order was… then found myself muted/blocked whilst he told all his followers/potential new customers that we had been in frequent contact - this was an absolute lie. This man is a liar, scammer and con artist who uses vulnerable ‘up and coming’ content creators to advertise his products to then not sent people’s orders out - the people who worked hard to treat themselves. this man deserves to be closed down and people should AVOID.. do not trust this awful human being.⚠️❗️⚠️❗️⚠️

Avoid KandiKingdom at all costs!

Found this company online in early November 2025 advertising hand made confections (ribbon candy for the US holiday season) so I ordered holiday gifts for the kids in our lives.

Followed up three times by email beginning a month later in early December to ensure on time delivery with not a single reply. Here we are on January 1st post holiday season, three emails, and absitively not a peep from KandiKingdom whatsoever! Not even a courtesy note or updates to warn the delivery would miss the holidays thereby disappointing the children.

KandiKingdom ought to be ashamed!

Do NOT patronize KandiKingdom!

Bad business run by incompetents. Will take your money and delivery nothing but sadness and silence.

New vocal detractors in the USA…

SCAMMERS!!! ZERO STAR REVIEW

Personally if I could give this zero stars I would. I ordered the nuclear drops as I had previously tried the black death mega sour sweets and was interested on how these would taste. When trying to track the order it had said it had been delivered but hadn't received anything. So I emailed them to see what was going on. Have had no reply cant even find anywhere to request a refund. Now states on the tracking for shipment that its still being prepared. Has been saying the same thing for 3 weeks now. Not happy!
Do not get scammed by this website.

Avoid these sellers like the plague

The wife ordered on the 6th of october, it is at the time of writing this now the 23rd and according to yodel who have literally just received the order will be delivered on monday the 27th, do yourself a favour and avoid this rats nest of a company and go somewhere that actually cares for your're custom, not answered any emails, had to threaten with going to our bank and demanding money back as fraudulent selling by them, that finally woke the useless inbreds up and still got no email explaining their absolute abysmall behaviour just a label was created 2 days after threatening them, please you have been warned to stay well away from this really bad joke of a company,

DO NOT ORDER and also to all you others that have been affected please report this company to relevant authorities. If option for a zero rating I would have given.
I was lucky to receive part order but since emailing them and they saying would be sorted NOTHING!!!!!!

Absolute shambles of a company

Absolute shambles of a company. I had to contact them after ordering online, as they obviously don't read their sale notifications, and have not received the order as the courier won't send it on, due to it being poorly packaged. Kandikingdom, aren't interested in helping me further, or replying to me now they have my money!

Ordered item on 29/8/25

Ordered item on 29/8/25, had to email seller after the item wasn't dispatched to be told it would be next day dispatch. Item received by courier on 3/9/25 so item should of been delivered within 2/4 days, item adventurally got delivered on 14/9/25. Emailed seller to be told everything was fine on his end all to do with the courier and when I talked to the courier they told me the package wasn't packed properly and they had to repackage, but a refund should have been granted from the seller but Clearly doesn't want to lose money, but should really get packages to people on time.

Thieves and Robbery

Ordered 20.05.2024 2 months and have still not received my order. Promised free delivery.

Asked for refund refused and blocked me on Instagram. Bank is now working on it to chargeback.

Do not order from them.
