The worst accomodation in my life

The worst accommodation experience of my life in Liverpool —simply indescribable. I am 41 years old and have traveled extensively, including trips abroad with Kaplan, but this place is just on another level. I tried for days to contact them and find a solution, but they gave me no support whatsoever. The room completely lacked ventilation, the window wouldn't open, and there was no air conditioning in the middle of August in Liverpool. Do not trust a single word they say, because they will treat you worse than dogs when it comes to where you sleep. Absolutely avoid. I have also photos as an evidence.

I really like Kaplan

I really like Kaplan. The teachers are very nice and helpful. The classes are interesting, and I am learning a lot of English. I also like the school because the people are friendly and the environment is good. I am happy with my experience at Kaplan and I recommend this school.

My wonderful first week

I really enjoy the time in here! At my first week, I made a lot of friends and improved my English skills very well. Many teachers are helpful and stuffs are so kind, I can study without any concerns!!
