It’s tough to watch a company decline when the people putting in the most effort aren’t the ones getting recognized. Culture erodes fast when hard work stops turning into growth, opportunity, or even basic appreciation. Talent leaves, standards drop, and the decline becomes self-fulfilling.

Orded the karcher power control k5 car and home on the 2/5/26 its now 11th and heard nothing, customer service is shocking, no answer no call back no email back from them and charged £5.99 for 1 to 3 days delivery ABSOLUTE JOKEERS

K2 Pressure Washer leaks profusely, reported the problem only to be told leaks not possible? because they've sold many, therefore leaking not possible?? also if you intend sending back for refund, the machine will be classed as second hand, therefore refund not possible, sorry....
extremely poor customer service, they appear not to understand Consumer Rights Act 2015
item not fit for purpose, or care. AVOID!!!
Advised eBay and PayPal they say they can resolve this issue, we will see.

Avoid this company – terrible experience

I received a machine with visible scratches straight out of the box. When I contacted them, there was no proper apology or explanation — just cold, unhelpful replies. Communication was poor throughout, and they arranged a return without even confirming a date with me. No care for customer satisfaction or basic service.

Very disappointing experience from start to finish. I strongly recommend avoiding this company — not worth the hassle.

Extremely poor 'service' experiences with my faulty product. Obstructive policies and ridiculous long process times. Was told to return my faulty item at my cost! Two major faults in less than 12 mths. AVOID

Scam company! Avoid! Bought a karcher k5 to be told its out of stock and stock is expected between a wide date. Was given the option to continue the order to which I declined and asked for a refund. They ignored me after 2 emails and an online ticket through their site. Had to get barclays to reverse the transaction. Avoid these con artists!

After their reply underneath, I can confirm no refund was ever received over the length of many weeks. Hence why the bank was informed for a chargeback. Do NOT send your hard earned money to this lieing scam company!

I ordered a Karcher K5 Power Control Flex with home and car kit. It arrived the next day via DPD and it works like a dream. A massive improvement over the much less powerful K2.

Don’t order from this company until you check in stock on telephone.
Placed order online showing in stock!
Only to be told no stock!
Cancelled order now need to wait for refund!

Sold me a faulty item. Then tried to charge me for an unwarranted part that broke due to the said fault.

Would not recommend. Buy straight from karcher instead.

Ordered a K7 which they displayed on their website as 'in stock'. Now informed it was not in stock at all and is on back order! Dishonest and misleading - beware!

I spent quite a while comparing prices, and chose this store to order a K7 Compact with a bunch of accessories for car and home cleaning. I'd put it all in the basket and was at that nervous moment of spending quite a few hundred quid on a site I'd never heard of until yesterday, and decided to just quickly look on TrustPilot. Some of the reviews were pretty off-putting so I dug a little deeper. I rang the phone number but it was nearly 6pm and it went to a voicemail, but when I called the next morning I spoke to Paul in sales and it quickly became clear this was an established company with a wealth of knowledge about their products. I had an extensive chat about the accessories I'd selected and Paul even convinced me to go for a different vehicle washing brush (WB 7). - And having used it now I'm so glad he did, it's really excellent and much better than the one I'd picked.
I chatted with him about the bad reviews, and I came to understand that they have problems sometimes because their products are available through several online platforms, and their internal IT isn't up to tracking the stock levels properly across them all, so customers are sometimes able to order items when they're out of stock. As I would be, they're of course really fed-up when they don't arrive next-day as required. If you're worried about this happening to you, I'd suggest you just give them a quick call to make sure.
In summary I'd say at this point the company hasn't quite made the transition to a fully digital online business, but that hasn't stopped them delivering me good advice and a quality product on time, in good condition, and at the best price I could find. I'm also confident that they have the knowledge to back their products with support, spares and advice, and I'd certainly buy from them again.

Unfortunately despite the staff being friendly I think the place might be a scam front. I ordered 3 items in a deal (Kärcher WB60 Soft Surface Wash Brush, Kärcher TLA 4 Telescopic Jet Pipe, Karcher K 5 Power Control Car & Home Pressure Washer) £470.90 all in all. I had taken advantage of an offer which I thought was Karcher themselves. However, after ordering with normal 3 day delivery and all items being marked as 'in stock' on their website I was swiftly disappointed. 3 days came and went so I rang Karcher a day or so later who told me this place is an outlet and not Karcher themselves (my heart sank). I reached out to Karcher Trafalgar who informed me not all items were in stock (despite the website still showing stock). I was told, 'next week', next week came and went, I rang again and was told 'next week' which came and went so I rang again and I was told again that it would be....you guessed it 'next week'. Thank god I had used PayPal 'pay in 3' service, as like a credit card they automatically give insurance protection on all purchases (PayPal buy the product and I buy the product from PayPal technically). Having then searched this company on Google I realised it's difficult to get through to them when it all goes wrong, so, despite me telling them to cancel the order and me receiving no email response, I also raised a case in PayPal and let them deal with it, of which they did and I got my cash back :)
I ended up going out and getting the K5 from Argos the day I cancelled my order and the other bits from Craigmore UK, arriving 2 days later. Honestly I should have been more aware but I feel that either this company really does suffer the worst supply chain in the UK or if you get a deal they try not to honour it. Either way they have lost my service and I have been sure to warn many others I know who are searching for the same products. Buying the kit via 2 sellers only increased the cost by £15 and as it all arrived quickly the increase cost was justified over many weeks of waiting. Just remember, always buy expensive kit using a Credit Card or service like PayPal, if you use your debit card you're not protected on purchases and it's small claims courts that have to get your money back....if at all.

I tried to claim on the Warranty for my Karcher K4. I was told by the advisor that the faulty pump was not covered under the Warranty.
I obtained a quote to have the pump replaced. It came to £50 minimum charge plus parts + labour + VAT which made it uneconomical to repair. I disposed of the machine at the recycling centre.
After this it turned out that l was given false information by the advisor and the pump was in fact covered. Since then Karcher have refused to discuss the matter and have failed to deal with the matter. I have contacted Trading Standards who asked me to ask Karcher what their position is on the matter but they refuse to answer my query.
It seems that Karcher don't care about their reputation.
A week on and despite further queries, Customer Services at Karcher are refusing to discuss the matter and are refusing to return my calls.
They are an absolute disgrace.

Excellent service. Bought a Karcher K7 compact last week. By far the most competitive price, 3 years warranty, next day delivery. I would highly recommend this retailer based on this purchase.
