I bought a supposedly refurbished K4 pressure washer from Karcher outlet 11 months ago. Bought when the gun went on my K2. Cost of gun replacement was so great that decided to just buy another and more powerful product. Only used once last season just to finish off the clean my K2 had done. Got out this year for annual clean and used for an hour one evening, then next day only lasted 15mins when stopped working. Karcher customer service say can’t help as only 6 mth warranty on refurbished products which quite frankly is inadequate, particularly on seasonal products used domestically. They didn’t care their product which cost me £129.99 hadn’t even worked for 5 hours. These clearly aren’t A1 refurbished products. Customer service were nice but indicated it was ‘pot luck’ in terms of the product & couldn’t do anything to help with repairs. I’ve now had to pay £44.95 just to inspect it! So my warning is, don’t touch outlet goods from this particular company with a barge pole! I’m big on recycling & saving a bit of money along the way but this outlet clearly doesn’t sell quality refurbished goods otherwise they’d provide a 12 month warranty as standard (as more reputable companies do). Ironically I had an electric mop in a basket to buy when this happened but I’d rather spend the extra £40 & get a new product with a 2yr warranty. Unfortunately I no longer trust this brand.

I ordered, Karcher took my money, nothing happened for a week. After three attempts to find the relevant number I rang them. Oh sorry! Be dispatched today for delivery tomorrow. Four days later I received it. Utter shambles. Cynical approach to customer service.

If I could give these people 0 stars I would. Bought a refurbished electric wipe mop. Arrived with no box. Assembled it and charged it but it doesn’t get any water to the rollers. Went back to their site to arrange a return. Last thing it said was put the returns paperwork in with the item. There was no paperwork with it so nothing I could put in.

Trying to contact them is nigh on impossible.

I purchased a refurbished K3 power and T5 racer. Delivery was as stated, around 5 days. The karcher was like new, very impressed....but, the box had been badly damaged in transit, I contacted customer services, and a replacement part was sent out to replace a damaged o'ring/hose, unfortuntately, it was never received, again, I contacted customer services to belatedly inform them that the racer had a missing extension pole,this was sent quickly, eventually I received it but it had been delivered to another address. I can't fault the product or the service I have received, but sorry, the delivery handled by DHL has been ABYSMAL!! 3 attempted deliveries and 100% failure rate, how very disappointing.

I bought a K5 power washer on the 18/01/23, it arrived very quickly, But on arrival one wheel was damaged, I called the company up. told what was wrong , They sent me the part ii needed next day on the 20/01/23 , All in all great prices great service. thank you

Purchased a SC2 7 months ago and the lid has seized shut, only used the thing a handful of times.

As they only offer a 6 month warranty, I saved £60 on the item buying refurbished but now left with nothing. Will be avoiding in the future if this is the level of refurbishment!

Ordered a K2. Quick delivery, I'll give them that.
First one was faulty, leaking water everywhere. Replacement arrived missing the hand gun.
This is the 2nd weekend I've had to change plans. I won't be ordering again.

Window Vac received and due to the delay in delivery they have just refunded the delivery charge.
Its working well.

Ordered and paid for a K4 premium power control and extended warranty 11 days ago. Not a single email or update since. Feel like I've been scammed, will be contacting the bank today. Shocking way to do business.

Pressure washer paid for on the 1st of May. Still no delivery on the 16th. I've had to open a dispute through the bank to get my money back. Avoid unless you would like to experience nightmare customer service and risk your money.

Bought a wd5 for my husband for the car and outside jobs. My only moan is that the dust bag doesn't have a zip for easy emptying you would think at the price and other hoovers have been doing this for years it would be easier to empty without having to put your hand into the bag to do this apart from this it is a fantastic machine

Delivery could have been slightly quicker, but that is my only gripe. The window vac was as new and works very well. Cannot fault the machine in any way. Would buy off them again.

We ordered a Karcher steam cleaner. Model number SC3. The unit arrived on time, But the integrated control panel was missing, all internals were exposed. Apparently, the units are inspected by QC and tested....

After contacting Karcher regarding the QC of the refurbishment- I was informed to send a photo...I had to explain I had already sent an email with photos, but I hadn't had a response ... I was informed I could have a replacement - They would need to pick this unit up first ... but it would be a 9-5 collection mid week. Once received they could then deliver a replacement on an any time of day 9-5 delivery.

I requested to speak to a manager.

{blocked at Karcher's request} was his name. Well, he wasn't available, he had gone off sick and nobody else were capable of dealing with simple escalations or striving for customer satisfaction.
{ Blocked at Karcher's request} on the customer service was helpful initially - but had no flexibility to authorise an advanced replacement, an exchange delivery/collection or to use a timed collection...this would have meant ordering an SC3 from Karcher took up 3 days of my life......wow...no wonder Amazon are doing so well.

Update 23/02/2022: Karcher Demanded an order ref number, or they would have my review deleted, So I complied, ref was supplied. That demonstrated I am a genuine customer.

Karcher then requested my review was removed again as I had mentioned the manager and customer service person's name , first names only mind ( no breach of GDPR in my eyes- but I complied) - so I have updated and removed the first names...

My review is here to stay Karcher - maybe stop trying to hide your exceptionally poor services and improve them - its not that difficult, just do the job properly.

None of my requests from you, Karcher outlet were outside of the norm, especially when you, Karcher outlet. Are responsible for the problem with the unit.

All I wanted is the same as any other fair and genuine customer - Good, Honest, Customer Service and of course QC !

06/03/2022. update A few days after the return was received, my refund was processed. So that was the best thing about using Karcher outlet - The refund.

Karcher Outlet : Please improve your QC as it is currently allowing products with dangerous faults to be shipped.
Also improve your flexibility to customers when you yourself get things wrong !
All could have been avoided if you had proper processes in place.

Ordered K5, received K4 in the box. This was sent overnight. They now want a week to collect the wrong one and then send me the correct one

Disgusting customer service!!!!!

Just purchased the W5 wet & dry, on recommendation of our Niece, it's life changing for us pair of a certain age, made light work of vacuuming artificial grass, and sucking up millions of pine needles, leaves etc. Best buy for a long while. And easy to clean.☺thanks Karcher.

I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing.
I took a gamble and purchased a K5 compact pressure washer from the 'Karcher Outlet' store and also purchased their extended warranty.

I am glad I did as within 12 months the machine developed a faulty switch and stopped tuning on, I have used the machine maybe 10 times in the 12 month period and it was always stored inside.

No problem I thought so asked to return the faulty machine for a refund as I paid for additional warranty.

Customer service will not issue a refund only a replacement. So, after a lengthy disagreement I accepted their right to offer a replacement, but I requested an additional warranty in case it happens again.

They told me the replacement machine now comes with zero warranty and no more could be purchased as there flimsy terms and conditions state it only applies to new purchases, they informed me I have 7 days (in their mind reasonable) to fully test the machine for faults after which I am stuck with a machine that may only last a month or less.

"Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods should be of a satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.

Karcher Outlet customer service, talked over me unti; i accepted their point of view. I've not experienced arrogance like it. I now just have to cross my fingers and hope the new machine is fit for purpose and is built to last a reasonable amount of time. According to customer service I have no further guarantee or comeback if anything goes wrong after this time.

My advice to anyone reading this is do not buy from Karcher Outlet store, wait for a black Friday or other sale, and get the same prices and a full manufacturers 3 year warranty as standard and peace of mind.

I will never buy from them again and advise others to do the same. One of the worst customer services I have ever had the misfortune to deal with.
BE WARNED and DONT BOTHER!

Bought a window vac. It leaked on first use and the leak has eventually killed it. I would recommend NOT buying the reconditioned units from this outlet as they are only slightly less expensive and the six months warranty demonstrates the LOW CONFIDENCE they have in their reconditioned products

Update Invoice 846830- Agreement was made that the item would be collected, I asked if a timeslot would be given to which I was told "yes" what I failed to ask was how wide the time slot would be. Received an e-mail saying the item would be collected between 8am and 5pm, so a day wasted sitting around for the sticky piece of junk to be collected. Time went on and nobody arrived to collect it, so not only have they sent me a complete piece of disgusting junk, they have had me sit around all day waiting for it to be collected as per their e-mail and nobody showed up. What a complete joke this company is. Shame Trustpilot does not allow images to be uploaded. Would have loved to have show everyone what reconditioned looks like in the eyes of this company and a copy of the e-mail confirming collection of the goods, which as I said never happened.

Bought a "reconditioned" window Vac assuming reconditioned meant it had been repaired or something else. In reality what was delivered was a very old tatty second hand well used unit. The vac blade was sticky and covered in horrible black substance. The base of the unit was badly scratched and it looked very very worn and well used. The spray bottle was covered in some sticky substance.
It is being collected and going back. To my surprise a brand new unit with a far longer warranty was only 13GBP more expensive as Karcher do not charge postage fees. Have a look and buy a new one would be my strong recommendation, and give this second hand seller a miss.

This wonderful company has fixed my Karcher floor washer twice, they pick up the machine complete the repairs very quickly and return it. The communication is brilliant and the people on the phone are friendly and helpful.
