Order delayed by 2 weeks.
On purchase it said within 3-5 working days. No email, no tracking number, no phone number to call.
How can they operate like this....

Package arrived with 4 items loose in a big box, no internal packaging, just thrown in.
The carelessness is beyond acceptable.

Absolutely disgraceful company. Where do I even start?! Claimed they tried contacting me to inform me that my item was not in stock. No phone call received nor email received. Then they stated a refund had been issued. Meanwhile I receive an email not long after stating my item has been dispatched.....even though I told them I had purchased elsewhere due to their previous email stating no stock and refund etc. No reply to this email of mine. Then I receive the item and contact them to arrange a return. They organise the return delivery courier who collected the item to return. I have contacted the company on numerous occasions regarding this as refund was promised with 5 days and it has now been more than 11 days. NO RESPONSE! So I have opened a case with my credit card company and reported the company to trading standards. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

bought a refurbished floor cleaner in Oct 2019 .
It worked for 20 mins and then was completely inoperative .
Advised the outlet it was collected for repair ,it was apparently lost by their carrier .
I requested refund which was accepted .
No such refund occurred .
Then out of the blue I was advised in April /May it had been found and was being repaired . It was returned to me in June .I decided to give it another try ,it ran and worked for 10/15 mins and once again would not dispense water from the reservoir . I advised of this failure and requested it be collected and a refund be
made .
That was 6/7weeks ago no contact from Karcher at all
perhaps they are bust they deserve to be very poor quality product with no customers service at all .
DO NOT BUY KARCHER .

I have used this company a multiple times now over the years. Ive noticed how the prices of the Pressure washers are no longer as competitive as they use to be. For example the Karcher K2 Full Control is offered at a price where for 20quid more you can get one new with 2 years warranty rather than the 6 months it comes with...(ive had a failure after 18 months of ownership) The service level has dropped significantly with orders always missing bits and have to be chased several times. My recent Steam cleaner order is still missing bits but no reply or update from them. So its defo worth shopping around as the difference you save may not be as worth it in the long run taking the warranty and customer service into account. Genuine buyer and feel let down by how they are deceiving customers!!

I have twice ordered a refurbished pump and twice had the order cancelled weeks after they took my money. It seems they only start the refurbishment after they get an order. If it can't be refurbished they cancel the order and the refund can take 2 weeks! That means they have the money for nearly a month. Communication is poor, each time I have had to chase them about the order. I would not recommend using them, selling items they don't know are actually fit for resale is fraudulent in my opinion.

Bought a window vac which was fault, contacted by email and a replacement head was sent out. It transpired that the main body was the problem, I was asked to pack it up and it would be collected, I did, it was and replacement received which works perfect! Thank you, can’t recommend enough.

Well where do i begin………

After having three attempts to get my karcher repaired or replaced via the outlet, I'm still waiting.

Each time i logged a ticket i was told it would have to be re-done as per their emails, why could the person answering the email to begin with, not pass it on to the correct, so-called department?

My machine is due to run out warranty soon and i suspect this is just a staling tactic, so i can then be told " oh sorry your warranty has expired "

i was told it was out of warranty to begin with on my first email query, even though i had paid for the extended warranty and provided the order number to provide proof.

So i then had to resubmit my complaint/ ticket again !!

Eventually after four days wait i receive an email to say someone will collect the unit ( 18/06/20 ).

I am self employed and having just returned to work after 2 months without any work, i stayed at home on the above date to allow collection….Guess what ? yes, nobody appeared !! after another email complaining i await an outcome.

Needless to say there shall never be another purchase form the karcher outlet and also no other purchases of karcher products.

Do yourself a big favour and purchase your power washer or any type of products from a manufacturer who actually cares about their customers and has a good reputation for customer service !!

I have allocated a 1 star experience, simply because you cannot select a "zero" star.

You have been warned !!

Returned faulty Karcher Pressure Washer and received email on 14th May stating that the unit had been "processed by our Returns Department" and that I should "allow 3-5 days for the new item to arrive"
On 21st May, I emailed Karcher Outlet pointing out that I had not received the unit and asked them to investigate the reason why?
No response at all, so again emailed on 28th May, but with the same result, i.e. no response or even an acknowledgment
Has my repaired unit been despatched or maybe got lost in transit?
Appreciate problems caused to all by Covid19, but would very much appreciate some feedback/response as to just what is going on ......
Don't mind the waiting so much, although a bit disappointing not being able to use the washer, but would just like to be told what is happening
(Also, in view of the above, will my Warranty period be extended to cover the time that the Pressure Washer was 'away for repair')

Would just like to add, have had a Karcher Window Vac for a few years now and it is a great product and one which I can thoroughly recommend

I purchased a refurbished K4 pressure washer.
It arrived very quickly, extremely well packed and ready to use.

There was a part missing, which their quality control missed.

I sent a message via their site, 'contact us'.

To their credit, the part was sourced, dispatched via DHL and received less than 24 hrs later

I have installed it and the washer now works perfectly
Excellent replacement for the previous, older model.

I found them a good company and would recommend them on this basis

The selection of a useless delivery company hasnt helped Karcher Outlet but it would appear they have taken up on mantle now of seeking to make sure i never receive the pressure washer i paid for or issuing me a refund, its been a month since i ordered.
They were no help in trying to resolve the delivery issues i had, merely using the DHL website to tell me what i could already see. They have seemingly ignored multiple messages, whilst i appreciate the difficulty companies are currently experiencing i would have expected more than two replies to five separate messages.
Having been promised an update on 26th May i have heard nothing, leaving it my own investigations to establish Karcher have agreed with DHL on or beofre 28th May that my parcel is now lost, although DHL now claim it has been returned to Karcher, it'll probably get sold to someone else if it does indeed make it back from the twilight zone! So please Karcher Outlet, lets try and get this resolved, i'm not asking for much, just what i paid for or my money back. I did at least pay through paypal, so if all else fails i can try and claim back from them.

Update - received a call from Karcher Outlet who confirmed all the issues i had been experiencing on 05/06 and sent a new washer which thankfully arrived.

Great price but had two different products from them-2 have been obviously faulty on arrival and another went faulty a month later. They did change them but on two occasions only part of the equipment was returned.

I write this review with a somewhat divided opinion due to present c19 situation, and the demands placed on your workforce to deliver a reasonable service, so I'll state the facts to date.
Order placed for several items on 13th May with payment made.That didn't take long!!
Email sent 15th May asking for a proposed delivery date advised on 20th May item would be delivered on 26th May and email would be sent advising confirmation of dispatch. Well it's now 29th May, no dispatch notice, so as its a Friday, looks like possible Next Week!!!!.
So if you intend to do business with this company during these difficult times, this is what they should be telling you what to expect on their website prior to ordering.
Compare to similar experience with "Wickes" during c19, placed order and collected in two days.
That's my twopence worth, judge for yourself, but I'm not a happy bunny.
Sorry to all your employees who are trying their best, but make it plain on your website if this is what to expect.

Whilst we would usually have a replacement dispatched to you without delay unfortunately we are now out of stock of this accessory and as such unable to supply a replacement.

As such we will have a refund processed for this item and this will be confirmed by email shortly.

I ordered 5 items,all damaged apparently according to the above. I don't think I have to paint the picture do I. Atrocious service from a company that trades on the karcher name. I don't write reviews, like most others look for experiences from other posters, unfortunately I didn't look at previous reviews before trying to purchase from karcher outlet, therefore I would actively encourage others to share their views good or bad.
I hope the refund arrives a bit quicker, let's hope you can improve, there's always good / bad experiences, but this has got to be one of my worse, so another future customer you have lost, but I don't suppose your bothered, benefit of doubt removed, you now have no stars from me.

I ordered a T350 Patio cleaner To my great disappointment I cannot use it as one extension tube was missing and the spare nozzles (798545)
I have sent an E-mail requesting these parts If I do receive them I will use the small claims court to get it sorted I fully expected a Karcher product as advertised by Karcher not I have to pay extra and extra

Very disappointed. On 18/04/20 I received my order from Karcher Outlet for a karcherFC5 refurbished hard floor cleaner with extended warranty. Unfortunately the rollers were missing. I immediately sent back an email stating no rollers, got an automated response email right away. Then nothing! I sent a further email on 23/04/20, same automated response as before. It is now 02/01/20 and no further communication from Karcher outlet. I notice on their website that they are still selling and sending out products so why haven't I heard from them?

Parts supplied excellent, but due to it being delivered by a tracking service and no card being left at property I had no idea of any delivery attempt.

Dreadful service, you'd expect refurbished household cleaning products to have some level of scuffs and marks, however what you dont expect is it to turn up looking like it's just been used cleaning. Covered with dirt, pet and human hair, filthy handle. Even without a pandemic happening you expected products to be cleaned but consideeing the current situation, this is absolutely disgusting, you should be ashamed of yourselves. These products have seen some considerable wear!!! Buyer beware!!!

Terrible service, my order was only part delivered and a refund issued for missing item. Obviously didn't want to pay the postage on sending it out. Took them a week to respond, considerably longer than their stated SLA on the ticket. When letting them know the item was missing in the My Orders section, the pressure washer I ordered had a tick box to extend the warranty, this had already been purchased, so seem like they are trying to take advantage and get double money on extended warranties. I hope it never goes wrong as I really don't want to deal with this company again.

Received an order without all the parts. They apologised and confirmed they would send the missing parts but they never arrived! Now no response to emails. Avoid using this company at all costs unless you want to pay for an unusable piece of equipment

Our pressure washer failed and was returned under warranty. Got confirmation of return and notification of replacement sent on April 8th. The replacement never arrived and have now sent three unanswered requests regarding its whereabouts. Been a customer since 2012 but won't be after this. They obviously don't give a damn anymore.

Further to this review. We had a response from Karcher Outlet claiming they had proof it was delivered Mid April, turned out to be a picture of the locked door to our business unit! That was at the end of April. Tried several times since to get this sorted but have heard absolutely nothing from them at all in over two weeks! Dreadful!
