I have ordered 2 red string bracelets and a hematite and amethyst calming bracelet. They are beautifully packaged and sent with care. I love them and they are high quality and very beautiful. I highly recommend this company and will forever be a customer.

Above and beyond customer satisfaction. Products are really elegant and pricing wise is pretty much on point. Shipping and handling are pretty fast on a regular payment terms. I understand the delay in terms of “After pay” form of payment.

Very unhappy and dissapointed
Very unhappy and dissapointed. My partner has ordered over £300 pounds worth of accessories from Karma and Luck we are based in the UK, and he has had to pay another £92.60 in customs . This is awful if we knew we would have never ordered from this website we wanted to order more items which we had in mind later but after this never again.

I purchased 2 red string bracelets for myself. Absolutely love them. However, they may be hard to care for because they need to be avoid contact with water. May need to take them out when washing dishes or in shower. Other than that, I love my bracelets and glad I bought them! Also, great customer services!

holiday season experience
For this holiday season, I made few purchases online and I have been very pleased the timeliness and great packaging of the items when it received them. Customer service is excellent; prompt and precise. I made an error in my last item but it didn’t take long to resolve it as I texted back Aubree (?) and boom!! …the item was shipped properly and on time !
