Late on delivery, payment term of one day.
We spoke about delivery time within two weeks. It was possible and they did not mentioned any different conditions. Then we received an invoice where our department overlooked the payment time of one day small within the invoice file (many invoices a day of different departments)... and they send us the invoice at 16:30 the day before... 6 days later we got the message; we are going to deliver your order a week later then discussed. On the 6th day we paid. Now we don't get any message back... an order of €1.400... They are not helping, they only suggested do you want to cancel or do you want them later not at a very nice tone of voice.
