My feedback is focused on the customer support experience rather than the product quality, which I have generally found to be very good.
As a customer who has made multiple purchases, I was disappointed with how my request for a price adjustment or promotional consideration was handled. I believe that recognizing and supporting loyal customers should be an important part of any brand’s strategy.
Gestures such as flexibility on pricing or offering a promotional code are not simply a cost, but an investment in building long-term customer relationships and trust. In my case, the response felt rigid and did not reflect that perspective.
I hope the company considers improving its approach to customer support by placing more value on customer loyalty and long-term engagement. This would not only enhance the customer experience but also strengthen the brand’s reputation and growth over time.

Karpos Storm Evo jacket
The Karpos Storm Evo jacket looks beautiful and I was really excited to use it. It’s surprisingly breathable and the material initially feels high-quality.
However, after only two uses, significant pilling appeared on the lower back under my backpack. In that area, the waterproofness was lost and the surrounding fabric became visibly deformed. I’ve never had this issue with any other jacket. For this price, I expected much better durability. Very disappointing.

I love this website. The clothes are fabulous and the prices are reasonable. The only concern I have is, the sizing chart is way off. I measured myself and was recommended to fit a women’s large in both tops and bottoms. but in reality, I needed to order a XXL to be comfortable.
