So easy. I filled out the information on-line. Set up a pickup time.
The gentlemen that came to pick up the car kept me in the loop as to when they would be coming.
They were rather busy so it was late in the evening, but all I had to do was leave the keys and necessary documents in the glove compartment. I didn't even have to go outside when they arrived.

When we called, they were very helpful as to what we needed to do. And pick-up was arranged for convenience.

The towing company Kenny U-Hall was excellent to deal with and was right on time to pick up the car.
