Incredibly crapy customer service in…
Incredibly crapy customer service in Bondovej, Odense.
It is a consistent pattern of sloppy unprofessional communication since August when I bought a car, unfortunately, at Karvil.
Although I was assured the car was technically in order, the FDM check revealed it was missing one of the two big plates underneath the car just below the motor. So the motor is 'naked' to all crap splashing from beneath. The trailer hook was missing protective holes for an installment of a trailer, which means the car would fail the periodical check, according to FDM. How Karvil's mechanics could not see and know all this?..
But the worst part is (non)communication to get the car fixed. In months no decent response, but promises to call me/send me an email later/tomorrow/Monday.., and then nothing happens. They called instantly back to the angry email just to tell I would get some dates to choose from by email 'tomorrow', and then, of course, no email, no info for another few weeks. Eventually, on the agreed day's morning, I still didn't know what time I should arrive at the autoservice although I contacted them twice about it a day before. Customers do have their own lives to plan! No apologies, nor explanations in advance about the possible delays. You are either ignored or fed with empty promises for a very long time.

VI skal naturligvis beklage den uheldige oplevelse du har haft i forbindelse med købet af din Citroën C3. Da den manglende bundplader desværre har været i restordre, var det ikke muligt for os at montere denne inden leveringen som er foretaget slut september
måned, men er informeret om, og kan se, at den er monteret efterfølgende.
Hvad angår det monterede træk, skal vi beklage, at beslaget for springwiren ikke har været monteret, hvilket naturligvis ikke er fagligt korrekt.
Ifølge den udfærdigede FDM rapport af 4. oktober fremgår det dog, at der er tale om mindre væsentlige fejl, og ville således ikke bevirke, at bilen ville blive kasseret til et eventuelt syn.
Vi har fuldt forståelse for, at en hver kunde har sin egen planlægning af hverdagen, og at den til tider kan være lidt hårdt spændt for, hvorfor vi uden beregning har stillet
en erstatningsbil til din rådighed som har kunne opfylde dine transportbehov.
Det er naturligvis ikke acceptabelt såfremt du har følt, at vores kommunikation med dig har været mangelfuld, men kan se, at der via de mails har været fremsendt, har vi i de fleste tilfælde besvaret disse indenfor en time, men tager naturligvis din oplevelse af hændelsesforløbet til efterretning.
Trods den lidt uheldige start, håber vi, at vi får muligheden for at byde dig velkommen på vores værksted fremover.

Worst experience. We made a booking for a specific car and wrote in the comments that we will buy it. After we got acceptance on email we made a phone call and said that we got a loan and we will come from Copemhagen. Guy said that he won't work on Saturday but will inform his colleague about it. And finally when my husband drove there, they said that the car was sold on 29 of February and we made a booking on 28 of February. But we did get any cancellation letter or call, nothing. So just spend time and money for driving back and forth. And a guy who was working said that it's his second day at this job. Actually, I don't care.
Worst customer services and employees attitude for clients. DON'T recommend it.
P.S. Oh and if you are not able to take care of internet ads you shouldn't do that, because that car is still on sale on all websites.

At the Citroen department in Odense I met the most ignorant, uninterested and unfriendly salesman. We wanted informations and try a new Grand Spacetourer, which stood directly outside and the only thing he answered was "it is automatic". I said, that I was fine with that, but he showed NO reaction. We asked for a brochure, which he said he does not have, then we went out, speechless.
