Kashmina of Norway Reviews 21

In January 2025 I gave Kashmina 3*, but - since their products are great - I remained their customer. And today I need to write a new review, since my mid experience changed into an extraordinary one!!! Now, thanks to wonderful, fastly replying, super kind, lovely and helpful customer service team member Marie :) I can fully reccomend Kashmina of Norway for shopping great cashmere products. She did a great job with me and mede me come to rewrite the review! I would feel bad without saying that in public, because she made THE change of the whole shopping experience. It is worth to say also, that for Poland they finally use DHL instead of Polish national post, which works badly in most of the places. I placed the order on Black Friday and surprisingly on Monday the parcel was delivered to my door!!! That was super quick! So today, after 11 months from my first 3* review I do happily give Kashmina a full 5* rating!

I have several cashmere sweaters but this Kashmina jumper is by far the nicest and best quality cashmere. I didn't think it was possible to buy anything so soft.
A little expensive, but I guess you get what you pay
for.
I had a bit of an issue with delivery but it was very quickly dealt with. The customer service lady was very personable and lovely to deal with.
The only thing I would say is that, it would be good if they offered free delivery, in light of the money spent on the sweaters. Overall I would highly recommend in light of their high quality and fabulous sweaters 😘

This is my second "Linnea" Cardigan from Kashmina. Excellent quality, beautifully soft and warm, very easy to wear and travel with. Excellent delivery time, around the world in 4 days. Many thanks

I've got refund only for one sweater, but I've bought two. So I am waiting for another return.

Terrible service! After sending two mails still no answer!
No info about my order. I think I lost my money. I WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN!!!

I still didn’t receive my order….

Received incorrect colour of scarf and want to return (order #2739). I have sent numerous emails and called multiple times to obtain a returns label as directed and haven’t received any response for over a week now. The item is not cheap and I’m both furious and concerned that there has been zero response. Is anyone out there from the company?

Update: I’ve emailed numerous times since your reply requesting a return label as promised and I have still not received it. It’s taking this long to even get a response for a return label? Website states 30 day money back guarantee. Absolutely horrendous customer service. Please send me a returns label.

Order sent in on Sunday, picked up my new beautiful sweather on Tuesday at lunch. Super quality, design and comfort, and super fast service

Happy with the customer support, and the product was as good as expected.

The worst customer service. The size and quality didn’t fit so I sent the clothes back. No reply until I opened a case in PayPal. Then they confirmed the return (as I had a DHL tracking) but started asking me to close the case so that they can return some money. Some! But not all as it turned out that they want me to claim some money from German government!!!! I never had such case in my life! It’s already 2 months I am trying to get my money back!
