Frustratingly bad support
I bought Kaspersky Anti-Virus in India. ALL telephone numbers on their website do not exist. Registered and created my account and set up Password manager. Suddenly my password was not accepted so I reset it. Worked for a day,then again stopped. All attempts to reset are accepted but it then does not recognize the password when I try to log on. Impossible to connect with support. Don't buy this rubbish.

Terrible customer support
3,5 month prior to licence expiration, I followed a link provided by the Kaspersky software to extend the license. However, what happened was a bought a new license and did then end up by paying for two licenses in 3,5 month.
Kaspersky would only refund 3 months.
Trying to be a loyal customer, I ended up with:
- wasting a lot of time on their customer support
- and being cheated by 2 weeks of license.
- and might end up being cheated by all 3,5 months.
The case is not finished yet. I might end up with having to follow a specific procedure in 1 year and 8 months, which I probably have forgot about at that time. In reality I might be loosing 3,5 month of license instead.

Good program nice website
I recently installed Kaspersky internet security on my computer and it is a really great program, easy to use and found loads of infections on my pc.
This is really handy to know i am secure because of the company I work for . I would reccomend this program to anyone

Powerful antivirus but expensive
most of times you just don't need that power, plus it's a big load for your CPU.
Anyway, if you browse in the ocean of porn sites then Kaspersky is the way to go.
