I have been using Premium and before that Total for several years, all was going well and I was happy enough but then I recently changed my iphone and tried to download password manager to it. What an absolute disaster. Finally got it on the phone from the app store and when I tried to sync it with the PC the damn thing wiped off multiple years of passwords on my PC completely. To say that I am unhappy is more than an understatement.
The website is the most unfriendly and complicated piece of garbage ever invented, it takes hours of poring over pages and pages of Q&A to get to contact anyone by email. I've gone from being a satisfied customer to being Mr Angry !
I've cancelled my renewal and will be seeking an alternative asap although my subscription is in force until September.
All those passwords will now have to be re-rentered as and when I revisit the sites. I am sooooo angry !!!!

THE BEST ANTIVIRUS, GOT A TROJAN OF MY COMPUTER IN 2 SECONDS!

A useable piece of kit, but the second year they hike the price through the roof, and when you try to get the wretched thing off your computers it needs to be removed TWICE or you get adverts every single day from them and they increase in number. Poor after serivce terrible attitude! The people were nice though!

I payed 30 Fr.- and it still does not work, cant use it.it asks me to buy again. the support does not help at all. not in emails not at phone. I sent them my bill with the email they can not find me, i have a check. I have just no words, dont buy its money is gone than and you cant use its service

Safe Kids for iOS - it's so useless that it basically seems like a scam. I bought it because the kid uses an iPhone whereas as parents we have Android phones.

Simple setup - not true, parents need an iCloud account and an additional iOS device for setup which they only tell you after purchase

GPS location - not working, kids position is always reported at the Google HQ in San Francisco

Usage stats - inaccurate, shows about 1h of use after kid used the phone all evening and throughout the day

Web filtering - not working, added a "forbidden" rule for a website and was able to browse to it regardless

Time limits and phone locking - not even supported on iOS

It is a total waste of money.

PS: I contacted support, they were responsive and kept sending friendly responses but not leading to any kind of solution. It is basically a bureaucratic process that always ends in the person giving up.

You have to download the app into the child's account. So they can just set up another account. The online support is a demoralising waste of time. They just fob you off. It's a rip-off because they take your money claiming the service provides parental control. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY, CANCEL WITHIN THIRTY DAYS.

Do not buy Kaspersky. They are not keeping up with technology. For over 6 years they have been writing about ARM architecture and for 1.5 years, they have been saying they are upgrading so their products can work with laptops using ARM. But they can't do it still, so you are wasting your money if you buy from them.

I already contacted last year to delete account they have charged me and renewed my subscription

never buy it online. they send you activation code that don't work. spent 2 hours trying to get it to work and kept failing. so don't buy online.

I purchased Kaspersky Plus six months ago, and it has been one of the worst software decisions I’ve ever made. From day one, the virus definition databases never updated properly, rendering the core protection features completely inoperative.

I submitted multiple tickets and contacted technical support more than once, but all they do is pass responsibility between different teams. To this day, no one has resolved the issue, and my device remains restricted from accessing legitimate websites, all while running on outdated databases.

I have requested a cancellation twice, and they still haven’t been able to process it. To make things worse, when you purchase the product, they automatically enroll you in auto-renewal without clearly informing you or giving you a simple way to opt out.

The entire experience has been frustrating, unprofessional, and borderline abusive. Not only does this software fail to protect anything, it also actively interferes with regular system use.
My advice is clear: avoid this product at all costs. Don’t waste your time or money on this platform.

Youtube, Microsoft, Spotify, Twitch... dont work with this VPN

I have utilized Kaspersky on my Personal Windows and Android Devices for 30-plus years. I had a suite of products that worked well together as a seamless integration.

Recently, the quality of their applications and support within the US has degraded.

but expiry before the date and also not support service

Kaspersky have charged my credit card for a fee!
I do not have Kaspersky on my system as My OS is UBUNTU. This is fraud

I want my money back! This is a disgraceful practice.

I'm using the premium version and encountered some bugs after an update. I tried to resolve the issues with their support team, but the experience was terrible. They treated me with complete disrespect.

My advice: Try contacting their support before making a purchase, and draw your own conclusions.

Had a licence for Kaspesky Total Security which was told now equates to Kaspersky plus.
However not true as does not include unlimited VPN.
Scuppered my plans.....not prepared to pay an extra £20 for the privilage , might as well buy Nord vpn

So I have purchased a valid Kaspersky license from third party retailers and on my kaspersky account it says the license is valid with 3 devices available for installation, but the technical support tells me I am using the license on more than one device when in fact all that happened that I reset my computer due to windows crash I had to reinstall kasperksy antivirus on the same computer. Kaspersky technical assistance is suggesting to buy a new license since they're accusing the customer of using an invalid license which on their website is valid. After providing proof of purchase with a screenshot and their servers are acknowledging my license to be valid, they're still trying to rip the customer off by asking to purchase a new license.

Very pleased with this service.

Premium includes a large variety of features, but is unintrusive.

There safe kids software is reliable, blocks bad actors and allows me to monitor my child's internet use, set time limits etc.

Overlook this company. Since the Russian invasion of Ukraine, they have not been what they used to be. You buy licenses, paying for them on their website, and the credentials NEVER arrive. It's a shame. They have seen better times.
