I waited a month for delivery - 3 weeks to even get to the airport in China. When they arrived, although the material and quality seemed quite good, the bras were totally unwearable - they were supposed to be a 3XL but there was absolutely no cup to them - you'd have to be a very strange shape to wear them! Not worth trying to return them, lesson learned.

First of all I had a small problem with the sizings, but I've now sorted that out the cotton bras with the front four buttons are so comfortable, they wash extremely well. sometimes the postal service can be longer than expected but now I've got the sizes sorted out I'm very happy. Also if you email the company their reply to you is very efficient. I'm now happy with everything.😁

Disgraceful service,ordered 3 bras all arrived in different cup sizes. After some negotiation I have received a 50% return on my cost. But am wholly unimpressed with the Company. I do usually check reviews and only by from trusted sellers. LESSON LEARNT

Absolute pirates! Do not buy from these people they are misleading, scam artists and you would be better off giving your money to a good charity where it would do good! Another dodgy misrepresented Chinese rip-off i refuse to tick any boxes ... probably another dodgy company link! wrote direct to their support email for whatever good that will be!

I'd give 0 if I could. Bought bras, too small, then they replied they wanted a picture in the "shoes" showing they were too small. I advised not shoes, bras and I'm 81 and not taking a picture in bras too small and I want return instructions and I've emailed 3 times with no reply.

Ordered a bra using their size chart. When it arrived it was extremely small (bear in mind I was the smallest size on the chart for that size bracket). I emailed to ask for an exchange or refund. To be told I can have 20% off my next order. So now have a bra that doesn’t fit and massively out of pocket. Would not recommend

Be VERY VERY careful. This Chinese company has sleek photos of luxury nightwear and lingerie but my experience indicates that what they supply are cheap copies that do not resemble the quality portrayed in the photos. The £53 silk robe I ordered is polyester. It arrived with the raw threads from the end of the material sticking out all around the front trim and cuffs. I requested a refund and free return and was offered a 30% refund. I explained I didn't want it so was offered a 50% refund. I again explained I didn't want it and was offered a £31.85 refund with a comment that they were incurring a lot of losses but I should accept and give the robe to charity or to friends or family with the right shoes??? I declined and after contacting PayPal was offer 2 final options. Firstly I should damage the robe myself, send photos and get a full refund or accept a £41.47 refund and keep the robe. This made me very uncomfortable. I don't know if it was some kind of insurance scam in their own country but I have never been asked to purposely damage a product to get a full refund, so I initiated a dispute through PayPal and sent them the conversation stream and photos I had sent to this company. 3 days later PayPal notified me that they would be refunding the whole amount. Thank goodness I used PayPal. Buyer beware. Order at your own risk
