On a suitcase from Samsonite there is a promotion and free delivery. When I put the suitcase in my basket, a delivery fee from 6.95 € is added.
After changing the delivery country from Germany to Luxembourg, it shows that the delivery is not possible to Luxembourg despite it is mentionned in the delivery information.
After contacting the support for help, I get no answer.
I chose a retro style SMEG device, which as SMEG is fantastic, concerning the delivery, the service and the customer service I’m really disappointed!
The device came 14 days after the order (described on website as 3 working days). They delivered the device with a German/austrian Socket with a wrong adapter that was impossible to plug but as well to remove. Contacted several the support haven’t received once a suitable solution. Needed to pay myself an electrician to remove the adapter. The customer support was unhelpful and provided an unuseful 15% discount on the next order. But the electrician I had to pay it my self. I will never buy again something in a such unhelpful and NON customer friendly platform.

I have ordered baby dress for baptizing so for the special occasion and for the special date. The order has been processed but the next day I received an e-mail that my item has been cancelled. I have complained and received an e-mail but the damage has already been done. They did not offer a gift voucher against the next shopping or any meaningful apology. I am not using this web-site again for ordering clothes.
