Always a pleasure ordering from Kates! Its normally a massive order of hair dye and a few bits on top. I like to grab something in the sale every so often. Theyre a hard working bunch and my orders are always sent so quickly. One comment, please get mens stuff and not just punkrave and fluffy victorian goth stuff please!

It’s just drop shipped tat from China… if I wanted that, I’d pay way less and go to Shein. My item was ordered way in advance of a birthday and now it’s going to be late because it’s stuck in Nanching.

Ive ordered a fair bit from Kate's over the years and ive always been very happy with purchases/experience in general.
Prices are always competitive, I buy most of my hair dye from here as the price is great and its almost always in stock.
On the occasion ive had to contact them about something its always easy and resolved quickly.
Returns are really easy, im always between sizes and have to order 2 so this is a great help!

Bought many times from Kate's Clothing and have never had a problem. Great selection of products available and fantastic customer service. My go to place for goth/alt shopping. Highly recommended

Last minute order for Halloween n the guys in customer service were amazing dress arrived on time 2 days n it was fab so many comments from friends true to size and I love the Dark In Love label it’s exactly what my old school goth wardrobe loves do thanks

Updated website has a Chatbot and pop ups on mobile that make it unusable - won’t try again- seriously, get rid of the ai bollocks and just have a solid site!

I decided that an Aussie Pink Floyd gig was perfect excuse to wear shimmery coloured makeup and nail varnish. Big shout out to Radioactive Unicorn - was a bit apprehensive about longevity of the products as have bought a vegan nail varnish in the past and it chipped within an hour - no such worry here! Only thing I would say is make sure you use an ultra glossy,good quality topcoat as my £4 one just sunk into the glittery varnish - still looked great under Floyds prismatic show lights! The Pumpkin Spice liquid eyeshadow stayed put and was easy to apply and felt velvety soft on my eyelids, got a bit hypnotised by watching the holographic shimmer change in mirror (foibles of ADHD/ASD) 😵‍💫 Onto the metallic liquid lipgloss which didn't make my lips feel dry and best of all......it stayed put through....a cold can of coffee, Five Guys (the restaurant!), a banana milk shake, taking my meds and a diet coke on the way home! I was dreading having to scrub it off but it wiped off easily with a cream cleanser. I am now a fan - Shine On You Crazy Unicorns! Well done to team Kate as well for being savvy and stocking a good product and despatching super fast.

Took a week to be dispatched, one item out of stock due to system error which was sad, and slightly delayed by Royal Mail as well, but excellent customer service and very high quality, stylish clothes that actually fit me for once, not too long for my petite frame. I will buy again and just wait patiently

I have been shopping at Kate’s Clothing for a numbers of years now, and they never fail to impress! Wonderful items, great prices, amazing customer service and fast delivery - I can’t praise them enough. Kate’s Clothing, you have “gothic” all!

I wasn't sure which size due to my shape so contacted using the form. Within a very short space of time I had a very friendly, detailed and helpful response. I ordered the size suggested and...wow! The item is really well made - stunning actually - and fitted incredibly well. Absolutely adore it! I will defintiely be using Kate's Clothing again - often ;)
Quick delivery with protective packaging too. Absolutely recommend!

What can I say, absolutely fantastic.
I’ve been ordering for years and Kate has always been so kind and patient with any questions i’ve had. The one return I did (wrong size for me) was seamless and easy.
I had bought a belt months ago and a stud came loose (I wear it every day and haven’t been gentle with it so it was not surprising) , Kate was quick to respond and sent me out a replacement not once but TWICE!!
Honestly what stellar customer service.
All of the items are such good quality and I’m definitely a loyal customer for life.
Also subscribe to the email list, her sales and discount codes are top notch and NO spam!!
10/10 Kate should be glowing with pride over her buisness.

This company is brilliant and I would highly recommend them. I recently had a few times that had arrived faulty/damaged and Kate's clothing sorted this so quickly and I received replacement items the next day. Have placed a few orders from this company and the customer service is awesome.

I'm about due a new order from Kate's clothing soon I think, I have ordered several times before, everything came as expected, and on time or early, quality fabrics, nice fitting, nice feeling and gorgeous clothes, I've even had friends who aren't usually in toy goth thing tell me how great some things I have had from here look.

I've had an excellent experience with this retailer each time I've shopped with them.
I like the layout of their site, they have an amazing selection of gothic and alternative brands.
They make you feel like a valued customer with their rewards program.
The dispatch and shipping is very fast, and everything is packed with care.
They also seem to appreciate that brand sizing can vary, and go to the effort of describing the item's material, fit etc., their returns process is fair and easy too.
When I can afford it, I'll always buy my gothic clothes from here, I highly recommend them!

Fantastic service. I ordered a Killstar cardigan on Thursday night knowing it won't come until after Christmas. I received the dispatch email Friday and was amazed to have a knock at the door 20 mins ago with my order.
The cardigan is unreal, absolutely love it.
Will definitely order from here again
