I've been using the KB range for over 2 years, I have most of their manual and efile tools, along with the efile and I've completed many educational programmes. Customer service has always been excellent, my efile has been for a repair and service and I cannot fault them.
The loyalty points programme is amazing, along with tenner tuesday, our favourite day of the week and the brand ambassadors put out excellent educational content.
I'm happy and proud to use Katie Barnes Tool Range and to be part of an incredible community.

I emailed this company and asked all the questions that was necessary to me for me to book with them, they have no contact number so I had to communicate via email they failed to mention that u need to buy their expensive efile in order to book their efile course and get treated with respect, I booked a hotel to stay at in the area that they are keeping the course as I live in Croydon and I even book the day off from work to make sure I attended it, unfortunately it’s after I payed for the efile course is when they are going to send a checklist for the course which includes their efile, because I was not happy about how they hide the fact that u need their efile to sit their efile course they accused me of being abusive and telling me that my nail tech course I did I had to provide my own tools which I stated is a lie because why are they making up lie about my nail tech course I did not knowing where or with whom I did my course just to excuse the fact that they had hidden agendas such as hiding the fact that they want you to buy their efile. Anyways if I could give zero stars I would the fact that I book hotel an time off from work an they did not care it’s obvious customers will always be wrong on their policy and they will have no remorse it doesn’t matter if they are wrong or gave u half the information to get you book them. This Company customer service is highly unprofessional and they lack compassion and communication skills along with lack of providing information, a refund does not excuse time wasted and lack of empathy along with manipulative lies

I ordered a few items last Tuesday and realized I had ordered two of the same items. I emailed them and didn't get a reply straight away; however, they changed the order very quickly to what I wanted instead.

The e-file course is very good and easy to follow.

Bought the French manicure nail art brush. Like the instructions on the box how to care for it. Like the packaging & really like the brush.

Terrible cuticle nipper quality. miniature size. Difficult to hold it let alone use it. Pictures do not reflect on the size so please be careful with any of your purchase. Please read the return policy and don't make the same mistake I did and unable to return the 'expensive tool', product that is not fit for purpose.

I purchased a few different things from Katie Barnes over the last couple of years, since I’ve discovered her and never been disappointed. I really value her e-learning courses, where Kate shares her experience and expertise in such unique way, where you feel understood and supported. She knows what we all struggling with as nail techs, what we afraid of and she finds just the right words to dissolve any fear we may have and boost our confidence, so we can continue growing.
My favourite drill bits are 5 in 1 cross cut (it’s a dream for removal and debulk of the product, safe and effective, I have few of these for each manicure set), Erin and perhaps the Oopsie is going to be another one I will love. Her cuticle scissors was a rare find for me in helping to conquer my fears in cutting cuticle, when I needed it most, it was a saviour. I have manicure tools set from Katie Barnes but I am so afraid to damage the black coating with barbicide, I only use it on myself.
My latest purchase was the lamp. OMG, from “Do I really need it?” I went to “Yes, I do”, to “I need it ASAP”. I was changing my set up, which involved installation of built in dust collector and replacement of table top. I had IKEA lamps before, screwed to the surface, as my desk won’t have a regular clamp on fitting. The parcel with the lamp got lost and we were chasing it together with Pip (Kate’s team) from both ends. Knowing how much I needed my lamp (I didn’t want to drill my new table top, to temporarily install my IKEA lamps (as I had a few clients lined up and needed my light), she sent out to me another one, with “next day delivery”! 🙏🏻 I am so touched with and grateful for the service and quick replies to my e-mails and messages. Did I mention that I am over the moon with my lamp? It’s fantastic! I can see like I have macro lenses in my eyes! I thought my vision went bad but with the light this lamp giving me, I can see everything I need to see.
Very grateful and will be returning back for more goodies, for sure!
