I ordered the item and expected it to arrive in the next few days. But after two weeks of no arrival I noticed in the small print that the items were coming from China and that the customer should expect to wait a lot longer. Why wouldn't they make this clear at the checkout?!
I asked them to update me on the order and when stated that it was still in China I asked for a refund. They said fine. But that they could only do this once it had arrived here with me, and after I had sent it back (at my cost).
They lower the price. Get you to click buy. And after you've realised your mistake there is no going back.
A complete joke!?

But please, the best page I could find, excellent treatment and the best you can find, I highly recommend it.

Ordered a Bamboo Cutting Board With Trays Storage Box on the 27th November as a gift for Xmas for my partner. The item did not arrive so I opened a case on PayPal in which I then received a message from Katy Craft to please wait as the item had been dispatched. Against my better judgement I thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt. A package was delivered in January which only contained to trays that attach to the chopping board (no chopping board). Needless to say I give up, we are now at the end of January and still no sign of the chopping board. I am out of pocket and had to buy my partner a new gift after Xmas! So disappointed. In future I will make sure the reviews are checked prior to purchase. I guess I'm the sucker on this occasion.

Ordered some knives for a Christmas present, the item arrived late and turned out to be very poor quality. When I requested a refund they insisted that there was nothing wrong with them and they won't do anything about it.

I purchased a "steam punk" light as Christmas present. Firstly I would say the item was probably worth a third of what I paid for it in terms of quality, secondly the Iight assembly fell apart while putting it together. I raised this with Katycraft and they requested video which I sent the following day. The next email I received said that my 30 days return/exchange period was up and they were not able to help me any more!!. Not happy and now have useless lamp. Very poor service.

I wish I could post photos of the condition of the box the hair curlers arrived in. Looked like a poorly re-packed return. Box was damaged and bodged back together, bits of the cardboard were ripped and not packed the right way, lots of cellotape, broken plastic boxing. The actual curler section is thick with dust and would need a thorough clean before even attempting to put your hair in it. Plugged it in, seems to work but didn't want to try it out as it seems dusty and dirty. As others have said long delivery with no warning, ordered this 21.12.22 arrived 18.1.23. I didnt realise until afterwards that it comes from China. After waiting so long I did not expect it to arrive like a previously opened and possibly used reject. I've emailed the support team requesting a refund and a paid return label.

Once you order, they dont give you a expected delivery date. If it is getting delayed and if you try to cancel they say it is shipped and cannot cancel. but the item arrived a month later. And then as per their terms and conditions you can return the item 30 days from delivery. So when i tried that they say its late and cannot be returned. I shared the picture of unopened parcel delivered so late as proof that its intact and they say i have used it and lying. So ya in short never buying here again.

I ordered a remote control aeroplane for Christmas. Placed my order and then heard nothing back from them. Emailed them and just got a reply saying they have received my order. Two weeks later emailed them to ask them to cancel my order, to which they then replied to say my order was being dispatched. Received the item three weeks later. When product arrived the box was a bit battered and just put it down to postage. It was not until Christmas day that we noticed
There were parts missing inside the box and the product did not work properly, was not fit for purpose. I then emailed them about the product to which they did reply. I had to take photos and videos of said product to forward to them, which i technicaly don't know how to do. I would advise not to purchase from this site, as I believe them to be scammers and take your money for products that are not fit for purpose.

I received a backless body suit a few days ago I ordered a extra large but the bust is way to small so I emailed you for a bigger size but just getting emails back saying send a picture or video wot the bust part is to small I wont to exchange for a bigger size its that simple xx

I received a car heater I had ordered weeks after I ordered it and then I used it for a week in my car just to demist the windscreen which was its purpose, it stopped working after a week of using it and when I contacted Katy craft they wanted a picture of the heater even though I had all the purchase details I had forwarded! Sorry we need the product image, not the bill of sale image you sent.
Furthermore, your order has passed the processing time, your order has been closed.

Very slow to post , I ordered on the 5th and was told it was up to 5 days to process and then it would be shipped . I asked to cancel the order as it wouldn't be here for Christmas and was told they couldn't as shipping had been arranged!? Returns policy is from date of purchase and at this rate I will not have it within 30 days . I would highly reccomend that you DO NOT buy anything from them .

The organization's client support is too great, the terms are OK just to handle the request and afterward the conveyance time is under multi week. I feel that the after-deals administration could be further developed in situations when the item isn't palatable. They completely issue the receipt of reactions to email a couple of days separated. I accept that Katycraft.com stands and ought to improve during its development period. The product is worst quality you can ever imagine. It took one month to diver to me.

The pillow was squeezed into a small plastic bag, after taken out from the bag, the shape of the pillow is torned. How can one sleep on that pillow? All plastic made inside out. It looks different from their website.

This company is not UK company, it's in Vietnam and shipped from China. The return will take another month and you have to pay for the return postage.

The company replied that they can only refund for the 70% of the good regardless the faulty and damaged caused by the shipping. This is totally unacceptable.

This company is totally bad, they take reviews off other sites, I ordered a gund peek a boo bear, all reviews had photos of that item. When I question them they would not tell me the make, I asked 5 times, without a proper answer, the 5 star reviews on here I would question, I wish I had looked on trust pilot first, now going through barclays as I have been scammed. Google should be in court making money off dodgy dealers.
Avoid. And I don't need a robotic reply either.

Terrible customer service.
Ordered a lamp which arrived not working, these things happen but the saga to try to get it replaced or refunded has been awful.
First it was provide photos of the lamp which I'd already told them looked fine but didn't work.... Then it was a video of a lamp not turning on... Then they said the video was too dark.. Then they wanted to give me a part refund... Then they wanted me to wait an unspecified amount of time to receive it.
Every step of the refund/return policy has been as awkward as they can make it and I am now going through PayPal for my money as they are clearly unwilling to sort the issue.

Order #222314 was placed on 18/11/2022 and is currently Processing.

It has been more than 5 days, can I ask why it is still processing ?

I placed and order on the 10th of November thinking that I will be receiving this withing 5 days. Whichas has not been the case. Very misleading. I contacted to ask for a full refund as the order is still showing as processing. No reply yet. I find this very bad service and not reliable.
