The overall process was great. John Farrell was awesome. He guided me through deciding what color to pick. And he was absolutely correct. The black leather seats look wonderful. It's as if I have a new interior. I replaced the floor mats and it also replaced the center console.

I had cloth interior in my 2026 ram 1500 and I was looking for seat covers to help protect them. That’s when I came across Katzkin. After doing some research and watching YouTube videos I knew I had found what I was looking for, even better! So I went on their website and started the design process, and once I thought I had what I wanted I submitted it. That’s when I got a call from Roy.

Roy and myself talked for what seemed like forever about cars and stuff, but he really helped me bring my vision of my seats to life. He was more than helpful it was like I was talking to one of my buddies. And let me tell you about the seats!! WOW!! They came out amazing and the people they picked to do the installation was spot on VideoNav in Thomasville, NC did such an incredible job. Brenda stayed in contact with me and even helped me to decide on a piece that I wasn’t sure about.I really couldn’t be anymore excited. I have genuine COWHIDE LEATHER SEATS!! And if you want custom REAL COWHIDE Leather seats give Katzkin a call and be sure to ask for Roy, I promise you will not be disappointed.

Outstanding results on my 2018 4Runner. Looks and Feels like a new car. I had tried custom seat covers prior but this is completely different. Well worth the investment.

Dealt with Roy since day 1 and made this an easy experience and a pleasant one at that. I was undecided and kept changing my ideas last minute and Roy made it happen without hesitation.
