horrible, they deserve to burn in hell, 120 dollars for a 10 dollar hoodie. no refund option that gives back the full amount. don't buy from here, boycott them, sue them, contact the FBI. they need to be shut down IMMEDIATELY!!!

Got completely scammed I ordered two plushies and I didn’t received one and the other they just sent me stuffed toy filling.

Speedy delivery considering where it's coming from. Nothing wrong with the packaging. My whole family loves their Stardew chickens!

I’m very disappointed with my recent experience with Kawaiies.
My order #KC90994 was marked as delivered on October 22nd, but I never received it. The address provided was a verified pickup location (a print shop) that was closed at the reported delivery time, so it was impossible for anyone to accept the parcel.

I’ve emailed customer service several times, but received no reply so far. I would really appreciate a proper investigation or a replacement/refund.

Found the exact same thing with the exact same photos on AliExpress. They just marked it up 90%.

I've had great experiences with the plushies from here. I still have my galaxy axolotl and he is my favorite that I own. Recently, though, I bought a whale, and I was not satisfied with the quality at all.

I contacted Kawaaies and a very helpful employee named Zoey walked me through the return process. They appreciated my specific feedback.

Overall, I was so impressed by the customer service. So yeah, if you don't like what you get, for whatever reason, you can return it pain-free thanks to the responsive customer service representatives :)

As I write this review I have been trying to return a hoodie for months . They take weeks to respond to emails , you can’t call them , they claim the lose your email ( rubbish ) . They make you take photos of the product to return so their team can “ investigate “ the product !!!!! Why ??? Look at it when you get it back …. Anyway last chance issued before going to the ombudsman/ press / trading standards

I did not get what I ordered, and for a refund I have to pay to ship item back. I got totally hoodwinked!

Abysmal service, Shein quality products, late/incorrect delivery. Would not order from again if you paid me.

Made 2 separate orders, one arrived ok but clearly cheaply made, the other was cancelled without notification and no refund. When they finally sent it (after I had to reach out) it arrived over 2 weeks late (too late for the birthday in question) and they sent the wrong size product sending instead a cheaper one. It was also clearly poor quality with wonky features and different fur sections were a different colours.

Sent a message to the customer service and they offered me 35% off of any further orders or a 15% refund both of which I found insulting. After I requested that they just ship the correct order they completely stopped replying and ignored any further messages. As of today I’ve still heard nothing back and no longer expect to. Terrible company, terrible service. Buyer beware.

(If you’re still not convinced check their returns policy, it’s laughable. You’re not protected at all and have to pay fees for returned or cancelled items)

So far I have not had any issues with this company. I have bought hoodies for my daughter and the quality is good, they wash well and look exactly like the picture.
Shipping and delivery is also good

So my interaction with Kawaiies was not without incident, but they managed the problems with my shipment pretty well. First my order was not sent, and I reached out to ask about it. Then they sent it and gave me a trackin no. But then it did not arrive, and when I reached out again they said it had been lost somehow - but they instantly sent me a new package which arrived promply and everything was up to expectations! So while not perfect, and while their operation seems to be a little disordered, they made sure I got my things in the end!

to start off with the positives the plushie is very soft and cute, and I really enjoy it but that is where the positives end. First of the two main problems is that the plushie had questionable assembly and condition. When it arrived there were extra stitch marks that were not seen in the photos and seemed unneeded. For example there are random stitch marks on the face and legs. Also when the plushie originally game there was dirt on the tail. Admittedly it was a small patch though.

The second problem that I have is the price. You see the store uses a tactic known as price anchoring, which In a nutshell is always having something on sale so it looks like you are getting a good deal but your just getting it at full price, also even with the discounts you always get it is still overpriced. As an example the plushie that I got with TWO COUPONS was still 60 dollars. To put this into perspective the same dinosaur plushie on another website WITHOUT coupons IS 18 DOLLARS CHEAPER WITH TWO COUPONS AND EIGHT DOLLARS CHEAPER WITH THREE. So in total the plushies at Kawiies are good enough quality but make sure to do your research if there are better deals for the same things

I ordered over $300 worth of kimonos in November to be given as gifts but when I got them, the fabric was very thin and sizing was a lot smaller than what was expected. I contacted customer service right away via email to arrange a return. Didn't hear anything until I emailed them again and the customer service agent, Zoey, who reached out to me, when they informed me one of the kimonos I ordered was out of stock. She responded to my second email by discouraging me from returning the items, saying that it will cost me more money to return to their UK or China warehouses plus the restocking fee and that I should just get credit for other future purchases. I quickly responded on Dec. 11 to say that I would rather pay for the return shipping costs and restocking fee and to send me the address where it needs to be shipped to, as I'm sure it will not cost me over $300. And to this day, Dec. 21, it's been crickets. They are only good at responding to your email if they need something from you but if it's the customer who needs something from them, don't hold your breath 😠 They must be really hurting in sales for them not to want to give me back my $306.68 ... such thieves!!!!

From my experience, they offer a wide range of quality plushies you won’t find is the U.S., as well as other cool products. I’ve been pleased with my orders, and the customer support is kind and prompt when answering your questions.

The selection is great and always fun to browse through, and when I reached out about an issue the reply was quick and professional.

I would give a zero but this site will not let me. I never received my ordered items and I have not been able to reach a human to get resolution from Kawaiies to resolve this. Apparently they have decided they are keeping the money I paid for items I never received. I have not heard from them since 11/2 and the item lost tracking late October. This is the first time I have purchased from them and with the way the customer service has handled this it will be my last. I am out $57.30 USD and very disappointed. Horrible customer service and NO phone number to call. Only an email that no one seems to check. Total nightmare.
