Do Not Buy a Kawasaki Mule

I bought a new Kawasaki Pro MX Mule last April. Initially delighted with the machine until I noticed that the powder coat finish is coming off all over the chassis and frame. It has done 48 hours! This was immediately reported to the supplying dealer well within the 1 year warranty period who has been very helpful. He brought a Kawasaki representative to the farm who agreed there is a problem. Someone in Kawasaki has refused to rectify the issue satisfactorily and the supplying dealer has now informed me that they have a number of other machines with the same problem. It would have been a great machine but the build quality is shocking. I expected so much more. Steer clear would be my advice

Bought a brand new ZX14R with a full warranty. Purchase Date April 14, 2025. As of this writing on June 27, 2025 it has been in the shop since April 18, 2025. The head gasket leaked coolant onto the headers. Kawasaki and the dealership Cycle Sports Center of Orlando have done absolutely nothing to accommodate me. Still waiting on parts (valve springs).

If I could give less of a star for customer service, I would, but it won't let me Kawasaki, you need attention, your customer service is a joke. I was on the phone for an hour and 10 minutes with a person who said they were gonna help me. Send me the email and straight lied to me. Didn't send me anything. I'm trying to give you guys the chance like I gave BRP and Honda.
With my new invention, they've reached out to me. And also, their head, the product engineer reached out to me after the videos. I sent them for my new invention within hours. I think you would like the chance not to have your competition. Come out with my invention before you reach out to me.Please have a great day 941 462 8773 my name's josh

You know I bought this Kawasaki 2024 five months ago and now I haven’t road it for a month because they only gave me one key they got misplaced And it has kipass And my dealer didn’t write the code down like they’re supposed to so now they want me to come out of pocket after fixing and everything about $2000 to $3000 i’ve tried working with the dealer. I tried calling Kawasaki I put $1000 down and I paid my notes every month, but I’m not paying this month. They can come get it. It was the worst mistake. I’ve ever made thinking that they would work with me because they made a mistake just like I did I was willing to eat the whole cost and just pay so much a month Even after I realized it was their fault too so I’ll be telling the financial company to come get it tomorrow and I’m out $1800 on a $6000 bike Because they want 2000 to 3000 for a new ignition That’s crazy and not getting no help on Kawasaki or the dealer. I see why they have such a low rating. All the dealer says is it gonna hurt your credit whatever dude by the time I pay to have the ignition fixed I could’ve bought one nicer and faster because it’s only a 500 for the same price. Then my motor is gonna be bad because you have to have a key to get in the gas tank to drain everything. That motor would sit forever I should be used to it by now, but I figured my life together 10 years clean. Let me buy a motorcycle. Kawasaki was the worst mistake I guess maybe because the dealer pushed me to getting the Key fob with kipass I rode it every day to help my anxiety and Now it’s cost me more anxiety over the last month than I cared to have. I searched Everywhere for that key and now I’m struggling with the situation that caused me more than anything with nobody wanting to help. I walked out of Hall’s motorsport and gave them the best review ever and all I got was it’s gonna hurt your credit it’ll come back I assumed two multimillion dollar corporations would at least try to work with you the thing is still under warranty has insurance and gap but all I get so we’ll work on it a month agoBilly Obryant from mobile Alabama

Failed after 33 miles

Purchased a 2023 z125 brand new. Rode a total of 33 miles before before multiple charging parts failed, leaving me stranded. Whole point of buying new was to avoid something like that. “Warranty” will cover it, but the fact that I bought a bike and it’s been sitting back at a dealership waiting to be repaired now definitely leaves a bad taste in my mouth for the brand as a whole. Was interested in trading up for something else, and was told I’d get 2000 for a bike I bought a week prior for 4400 after all the bs fee. Overall horrible experience

T-Rex Kawasaki kicking out of gear going downhill

I have a T-Rex Kawasaki, 2023 kicking out of gear going downhill. I took it to the shop and they said they got a hold of. Kawasaki said it’s unheard of not common so they told me I should ride it until something tears up. That’s really disappointing. I will never buy another Kawasaki product after this and here I am telling you somethings wrong with it it’s not right it ain’t supposed to kick out of gear going downhill but since it’s not common and not heard of y’all don’t wanna fix it or even attempt to fix it I will never buy a Kawasaki product ever again I am truly disgusted

Found oil in my jet ski engine…

Found oil in my jet ski engine compartment in march 2022. I brought it to the Kawasaki dealer power lodge on April 05. Its December 15 still not running. They have done over $7000 in repairs. I have asked for a new engine Kawasaki says no. This thing will never be right. Their service is among the worst i have experienced. If it ever gets out of service i am flipping to SeeDoo.

Need answers

I bought a Teryx and have had nothing but problems with it. This is the 3rd time it has been in @ Edwards for repair. Now they are rebuilding the motor because it blew up. This is how you treat someone that paid that much money for a machine. We have made two payments right now and have not even had it at our house. It only has 600 miles on it. Now they are saying we will have to pay for some of the labor and that we are lucky. Lucky because we can't even ride a machine that we are paying for and you don't have to. How is this acceptable?

Krx overheating

I have a 2020 krx. I love the machine. But we ride in mesquite Nevada and going over a rock section on the trail about 100 yards past it I noticed the machine was overheating. Like 260 deg. I only had 200 miles of flat road riding before this section of trail. The over flow jug was puking coolant out. And I noticed the cooling fan was not running it looked like it was trying to run but not. And when it did start it’s like it got momentary voltage and would just start up and coast to a stop again. Finally after turning the key on and off multiple times the fan started to work then the engine started to cool down. I believe there must have been a air bubble in there somewhere and going over that rock section brought it loose or something and then Vapor locked the water pump or something I put a half a water bottle of water back in it and everything seem to recover. And my friend who was riding with us had a brand new 2021 with 50 miles on it and 1 mile down the trail from where I had my issue he did the same thing but never would recover ended up destroying the engine. So I ended up dragging him to the destination we were going to spend the night and all the way home a total of 130 miles. He took it to his dealer where we had both bought our machines from. The dealer is an amazing dealer a great guy and a very very personal experience to buy from. But two payments later on his machine and still has no answers or any end in sight of getting it fixed and put back in his garage. I wish some answers could come and also figure out what we are going to do with my machine because it also got as hot as his did. The dealer has contacted Kawasaki multiple times but no answers are coming back to him to get this machine fixed that he paid $20,000 for so he can at least use it instead of sitting at the dealer waiting for answers on what they are going to do. In my opinion as hot as it got a whole complete engine, it actually melted a sensor in the front of the engine it got so hot. I feel that he needs a new complete engine installed in that machine rather than a rebuild I don’t see what the issue is with sending a new engine on a machine that only has 70 miles on it. I don’t feel that is wrong to do and my machine only had 200 miles on it I feel there needs to be something done with it also.

Used to own a Vulcan 900s

Used to own a Vulcan 900s, those things are a pretty fun ride. Those cables on the front could be a bit more hidden tho.

Also took a Vulcan 650s for a ride, that little devil is awesome and looks so good.
