Just brought a bike from Cradleys
Just brought a bike from Cradleys, I called head salesman Gareth, and he said the bike was immaculate, and could be delivered and inspected or returned, but I decided to drive up and inspect it, I shouldn't have bothered, it was as described. Bike was delivered promptly and professionally by Kev from Bike Transit. Job well done and very happy.

A great company to deal with. Just wanna say thank you to Cradley Kawasaki for getting my parts down to me in record time!
I can get the other half on the back now with the parts sent down.
The guys in the parts department know their stuff and special thanks to Mike for sorting my parts and getting it posted, top guy. Thank you. Highly recommended company.

I have used this site a few times and…
I have used this site a few times and it has original Kawasaki parts. They are expensive compared to after market parts but the parts do last.
I had an issue where some parts I ordered where not correct due to the Frame Number being incorrect on there site. They were happy to replace the part. It was a decal that was the wrong colour so it wasn't that bad. They said they would fix the Frame Number issue on the site so this would hopefully not happen again.
I would use this site again.

Just Great
I like the Kawasaki Original Parts initiative as it is helping keep alive older bikes.
Having now placed several orders with them I've always found them excellent. The parts can be a bit pricey, but this is characteristic of most motorbike parts in the UK.
Their online system is excellent and easy to use.
