I brought a chain in for repair

I brought a chain in for repair. The chain had one break in it. When I picked it up it had two breaks. The manager at the Merrimack Outlets told me "this is how they have to made the repair." The two breaks are noticeable and the cost was $130. I will never do business with them again.

I just wanted to give James a big…

I just wanted to give James a big shoutout!! I visited Kay’s in Aruba on Wednesday. My first visit to Kay’s and Aruba and it definitely will not be my last!! James was so professional, friendly and patient as I just simply couldn’t make up my mind on which piece of jewelry I wanted. Thank you, James!! Here’s to the beginning of many more future trips to Kay’s and Aruba!!

I took my diamond earrings in to be…

I took my diamond earrings in to be rethreaded and to get new backs, with a gold chain that needed another clasp. I was charged almost 400.00 dollars to only have my earring come back worse than what they were, and the chain clasp to break a week later. I been so upset and angry that I have not been able to go back to Kay, and I know I never will, and this was almost a year ago. As soon as I make my last payment with them, I'm done for good.

I’ve had nothing but amazing service at this Kay’s for years at Rivercity Jacksonville Fl. we loved the last management there he retired but couldn’t be more pleased with the new manager and staff outstanding service im not writing this for a contest I’m writing this from my heart we have spent quit a bit and enjoy shopping with Kay’s such a awesome experience Sherry & Paul Absher

They are such a rip-off

They are such a rip-off. I was sick and missed paying off a bill before the promotion ended. They offered me $10 on close to a $500 charge. I ripped up my credit card. I used an interest-free promotional credit card and paid them off. The quality of the merchandise is below average. trash trash trash !!

Shady bait and switch after leaving a store

Placed an order at a store and got an email confirmation through via email immediately. Thought everything was good. We left and then within 2 hours we get an email saying the order was cancelled. It was out of business hours then so we contacted them the next day. We were told the order was 'cancelled in error' because they got confused about the email address used for the order. In trying to place a replacement order they then said it was out of stock but they would sell us the same ring for $400 more (30% increase for the cost the original order).

Sounds like bait and switch to confuse people and make them pay more. Very shady.

Broke cheap chains !!!!!

I Really love Good Gold jewelry and for the first 5 years or so I got or should I say I received Kay's jewelry for Anniversary Birthdays Valentine's gifts from my Amazing husband Now I don't have any complaints about the diamond charms gold or chocolate gold or even my Birth month stone however ever gold chain that came with the Beautiful charms Broke even when he bought more expensive chains to go with the Beautiful charms in all actuality Kay's Jewelry probably owe me about 12 Gold Real chains .like I said your Gold charms Earrings Rings watches had a problem with a Diamond Bracelet to however you guys really gave me justice on the Diamond Bracelet But your Gold chains need some extra care.

I bought $500 earrings and less than 4…

I bought $500 earrings and less than 4 months in they proved to be defective. They only offered a $300 solution to tighten them. No exchange, nothing other than more than a $300 offer.

Don’t buy here. Save your money for a company with a moral compass.

Amazing experience in Pembroke Lake Mall

We visited Kay Jewellers in Pembroke Lakes Mall Florida on Friday 16th Feb and had the most amazing experience.
Jessie and Keisha were so helpful and attentive when helping us to pick our wedding bands!
The prices were amazing and the store were offering great deals.
We truly appreciate the experience!

A little scammy...

Maybe this is all jewelers, but Kay's is pretty close to a scam! I went in for their black friday deals and they only had a "day before black friday" deal where the ring I wanted was on sale. I debated whether or not to just get it now or wait since my wedding is not for months to come. But they insisted the sale would be ending in one day. Friday comes and what do you know? The sale is still there. MONTHS pass now, and the sale is STILL there. It isn't a sale at all, they just claim it is one but really, that's the price it is all the time. A little scammy, especially for those shopping specifically for a sale. Again, maybe that's all retail now. But it sucks. Then, not to mention, the ring I wanted at the time was out of stock. The customer service representatives said they would email me when it came back in stock. Which they never emailed me once aside from stupid promotional things I didn't ask for. Just not impressed with Kay's. I ended up getting the same exact ring somewhere else for 400 dollars cheaper than their "sale".

Bling! Bling! We Found the Rings.

Shopping for an engagement ring can be a daunting experience. My husband, Domenick and I went to Brooklyn to help our cousin, Jimmy, and his fiance, Gracemarie, pick out an engagement ring and wedding bands. We decided on Kay Jewelers in the Caesar's Bay Shopping Plaza in Brooklyn.
This daunting experience soon became one of the most pleasant experiences that we ever had.
We were so impressed by Jasmin and her Staff, Kayaan and Kierra. We were greeted and treated with the utmost professionalism.
The Staff was so courteous, knowledgeable, dedicated, and attentive to the future bride and groom.
The selection of rings was extensive with great prices. The Customer Service was very personalized. Jasmin, Kayaan, and Kierra took a lot of time and effort in sizing, pricing, and finding the right style. They made you feel at ease. It was a great fit all around and the bride and groom to be were so ecstatic to purchase the rings of their dreams.

Worse company ever

Worse company ever! My husband ordered me a bracelet for Valentine’s Day,and they sent the wrong one. We had to find a ups store to send it back and we were told once they receive it they will refund it. We told them we wanted the bracelet we had ordered! They said NOPE, we can order another but it wouldn’t be guaranteed to be here on Valentine’s Day! So for their mistake, we got penalized. Do not do business with these people! Unprofessional and pathetic!

We order a ring in November around the 20th 2023 was told we would have it in back in 3 weeks then they told us it would be there the week of Christmas then told us in we being re made at the end of December then told it was there at the store in mesquite tx 1.26.24 went there 2.3.24 still no ring been making payments on something that not there....ps done with Kay jewelers

Town and country the store manager…

Town and country the store manager Terrence is very disrespectful. I came in to pick up some jewelry and I asked if I could get it clean and he stated we always deep clean. I said I was told that you had to ask to get deep clean and ever since then he’s been getting very rude with me. I’ve been coming there since 1983. I was 16 years old. My dad‘s first started buying my jewelry we spent so much money From my self my sister and now my daughter I’ve never been treated so bad after picking up jury after I left I asked Terrance to have a good day and he basically told me to get out of his store, so does Kay run the store or does disrespectful Terrence run the store His attitude is terrible. I’m used to getting greeted with a smile for Miss Pat or normally I go to Springtown Road or Easton where I’m treated as a real shopper. I spent so much money there. This will be my last time purchasing any diamonds, from Kay’s and Terrence no matter what you still have to put a smile on and respect the customers .

Ring restored

I was upset when i lost a diamond out of my ring. The ladies were so sweet,they helped me pick out a diamond. My ring is more beautiful now than when I took it in.

Atrocious incompetence customer service and poor quality jewelry

I bought jewelery from them about two months ago. They had to adjust the size of the bracelet. I bought the set mainly for the bracelet. The left over piece of the bracelet was to be used to make a ring which I paid extra for. I gave them two separate phone numbers and emails to have them contact me when it was ready as I would fly in to pick it up since it’s only my vacation home in Colorado. They called, emailed and texted to assure me that my jewelry was ready to be picked up. When I get there to pick it up, they said they were confused and nothing has been done and not only that but they just realized that the type of bracelet it is can’t even be fixed. No apologies or compensation for the hours and money that they wasted of mine, just told me it was my problem. Calling it unprofessional and unfair behavior and treatment is an understatement. Not only that I’m the meantime, I wore the necklace just once and the hook in the back became loose. So despite it being over $600, the workmanship is extremely poor. Never again! My first and last time with Kay J

MOST RACIST AND RUDE AT STONEBRIAR LOCATION

This Stonbriar location is the worst!!! I regret every purchase I have made from them. I brought my ring in to be repaired and soldered together. From the start no one greeted me and my husband. (Which is the same as always) at this point the entire staff is racist. They treat black people as though you are less than. We waited 30 mins to be helped. They sent the only black employee to come assist. After the so called manager Stephanie bumped into me and didn’t say excuse me or sorry nothing.
They had my ring for 8 days then emailed me saying it was ready to pick up. I get there and again two white ladies are extremely rude to me and tell me that my ring was not worked on bc the repair man said it’s fake.
I asked them for a print of the report from the jeweler. I was told NO. They had me sign a pickup statement I asked them for a copy of what I signed and they told me NO.
I called and asked on Sunday and was talked to so rude by Stephanie and another employee.
They hung up in my face 3 times.
They said I cursed them out and I absolutely did NOT. I’m so happy I recorded each call from the first to the last. Hopefully once I contact corporate and send these recordings of how customers are treated something will be done about this staff at Stonebriar mall. I WILL NEVER MAKE ANOTHER PURCHASE AT KAY.
