"Erlebnissegeln" einmal anders

Bald ist der sechste Jahrestag meiner Erfahrung mit KayaLodge. Leider warte ich seit 2020 auf die Erstattung meiner Anzahlung für meinen gebuchten Segeltörn vom Mai 2020. Andreas Schütz hat anstatt die Vorauszahlungen zurück zu erstatten für die damalige Kaya Lodge Touristik GmbH im Mai 2020 Insolvenz angemeldet und danach eine neue Firma für Segelreisen (Kaya Lodge Touristik, Andreas Schütz e.K.) sowie eine Hundepension eröffnet. Der vom Gericht Münster (Az. 71 IN 16/20) bestellte Insolvenzverwalter konnte die Geschädigten mangels Masse leider nicht entschädigen. Sämtliche Infos und Rezensionen über die damaligen Vorgänge, bspw. bei Google, sind heute nicht mehr sichtbar/vorhanden.

Zuverlässigkeit

Prompte Erledigung und Preis Leistung sehr gut.Sauberes arbeiten ,freundlich und gut die Anlage erklärt.Dem Chef ist kein Wort zu viel.Möchte damit sagen,dass man auch alles erfragen kann.Die Anlage macht Freude.

Schlechte Erfahrungen auf einer blauen Reise gemacht, das einzige was man von Kayalodge hört sind Aufforderungen kritische Bewertungen zu löschen. Leider nichts konstruktives was darauf hindeutet, dass sie ihren Service verbessert haben.
