Kayumanis Reviews 

I am so disappointed with Kayumanis Nusa Dua, my wife and I were already in Bali and 2 days before arriving to stay in a villa we had booked for 7 nights we had to make an emergency trip back to Australia as an immediate family member became critical ill in ICU, they refused any form of reimbursement, I even asked for credit so I could return before years end to continue our holiday and they refused, absolute disgusting treatment, will I recommend them- NoWay

Just to make things clear for everyone from their response on Google reviews, there was never any mention of them asking me to provide a Doctors certificate so don't be mislead by that statement, this is there way of making it look like they have done nothing wrong, if they had given me credit I would have returned by year end but this is just disgusting treatment so be aware everyone

Also id like to say the following 2 resorts showed sincere compassion towards my sisters welfare and offered credit for unused time spent at there resorts, i am not affiliated with either just a special mention to these establishments who did show some heart unlike Kayumanis
Merasuka Resort in Nusa Dua and Sanctoo Villas in Ubud

We booked a 10 day holiday at Kayumanis Nusa Dua via luxury escapes. We should have booked direct with Kayumanis as luxury escapes messed up the booking, we paid luxury escapes for 2 adults and 2 children but booking was put through as 2 adults only. After having an uncomfortable 1st night the manager managed to move us to a slightly bigger villa and added 2 extra beds for the kids.

Our stay, food, accommodation, ambiance was amazing. I certainly recommend this place, very relaxing, beautiful surroundings, great customer service, lovely beach, lovely spa and massages. After my honeymoon this is the best holiday I have ever had. My husband enjoyed his bintan bucket every evening. We will certainly be going back.
