Factory part worked perfectly. Kept me up to date on delivery

this is second order that went wrong, both times was told my fault, ordered hardwired towel warmer and received plug in model follow up was terrible you would think no matter what they would send right part

Received the product very quickly and it fit and works perfectly! A month later and still working flawless. It was a huge relief to be able to find a replacement rather than having to replace my entire shower door!

I’m a small remodeler and sometimes you need something not available locally or even Amazon. KB authority is a great tool to keep in your contacts. Very large selection of original replacement parts we all sometimes have to have. Service is great and shipping is fast.

I ordered the Toto toilet through Kitchen & Bath Authority, and the ordering it was smooth and quick. Delivery was within a few days, and the toilet came in two boxes, well packed and intact!!! Communication updates were by email: frequent and timely. I couldn’t be happier. The time between ordering and delivery was only a few days! Great!

I ordered two Toto toilets and it arrived 4 days later. However one of the toilet tanks cracked and KBA immediately expedited another one for me that arrived a day later. The phone customer service was great and they sorted everything out and I did not have to return the defective product.

My Insinkerator CWT100 Water chiller failed and I needed a replacement. Kitchen & Bath Authority had the best prices and shipped the chiller quickly. I found it easy to install under the sink with a few hand tools. It works perfectly.

I bought two polished nickel shower rods! Bought and installed the first one and loved it so much that I had to buy another one for my other bathroom. Great service with KB+A!

When I couldn’t find the Kohler trim part I needed for my remodel, they had it in stock and shipped it right away. Allowed me to stay on schedule and complete the project.

I have been trying to get return authorization as the item is wrong and what I need isn't made anymore. ive emailed , tried to fill out the forms. finally printed and mailed and am waiting still.

Realized from the manufacturer of my faucet that the product wasn’t needed. I emailed the company with a request to stop shipment and they shipped instead. I called when the product arrived and I initiated the process to return the product. I was directly requested twice on the phone to NOT open the package or the return would not be processes. I then filled out their form, scanned it, and emailed it back. I then took photos of the box as they requested and sent them. They asked for the box to be opened and to send photos of the manufacturers packaging only, which I also did. Now they want photos of the actual product after confirming I do not need to open the manufacturers packaging. It’s been two weeks since I called and this is ridiculous. I haven’t even shipped the item back yet and it’s been so much effort. Disappointing. This company is giving me the run around and I don’t appreciate it.

Efficient company that moved my order through quickly, professionally and kept me well informed throughout the procedure to delivery. I will deal with them again!

Great high quality vanity at most competitive price I could find. Delivery times and communication on order were totally legit. The delivery guy would not wait for us to inspect item which is what KB says we have to do before accepting it. There is a disconnect between what KB requires and what delivery company allows - they are minimal operation of one guy just dropping a pallet out in front of your door and they cannot wait for people to open these pallets to inspect the items.

Received order in in perfect condition very quickly.

Kitchen & Bath Authority always has a variety of great products that you see in many retail stores and high-end specialty stores. They have very comparable pricing and coupons to apply. They always provide the specifics on their website for the product you are trying to purchase - dimensions and weight so you can accurately prepare for your project. I have ordered several products including a glass shower door, vanity, mirrors and now a kitchen sink and I have never had any issues. Truly recommend this website for your home improvement projects hands down.
