POOR COMMUNICATION

I purchased a toilet through home depot. The cover is broken. I saw that I could order the top from KB+authroity, was ecstatic! It came and it was the wrong one- going back and fourth with Benji (helpful in the beginning- but then when he didnt know what to do he ghosted us) I was told to call Swiss Madison directly. Swiss had poor customer service and would not replace the top bc they saw that KB refunded me money, where did they refund me? bc I dont see it? I said I would pay for the top still nothing. Trying to get someone to answer my emails( benji- sales rep) or even on the phone is insane. Will never purchase from here.

God help you if you have to return…

God help you if you have to return something. They shipped us a damaged vanity. We followed all their instructions for the return to the letter and it still took OVER 3 MONTHS before we received the refund. We also had to store the unit for several weeks while we waited for their carrier to pick it up. Horrible communications with the customer. Many of my emails went completely unanswered.

Also, do not believe their shipping time estimates, they are not based in reality.

They tried to steal my money.

Ordered a sink on December 24th. Website said it was in stock and after purchase said it would arrive by Jan 6th. On Jan 7th after no hearing anything from them about my order, I called and they told me the sink was backordered and wouldn't ship out until middle of February. New kitchen was being installed on the 17th of January so this wouldn't work. I canceled the order. Fast forward a month and they hadn't refunded the almost $2000.00 dollars to my discover card. I had to get online and message them to give me my money back after I paid interest on my statement over a sink I never received and canceled. Complete scam operation. Avoid at all costs.

CONSUMER FRAUD: we refused delivery of CRACKED vanities, they then only refunded half stealing $1800 for 1.5 yrs now

Order placed May 20. CHarged in full May 22. Shipped May 24. Attempted delivery June 6 but they sent us cracked and damaged vanities, so delivery was refused before it even was off the truck. Spoke with Sales Rep Ron Silva by phone at delivery time with the driver to process this per their process and they assured us replacements would be sent immediately as our bathroom model had a tight timeline, but they never shipped. Strung me along for weeks and ignored requests for a new ship date. Finally I cancelled the order by phone PER THEIR PROCESS TO DO SO BY PHONE (which I now realize is so they can ignore and deny it) the week before June 28 when Ron Silva finally admitted they would not ship until July. I then also cancelled by email on June 28 because I still had received no documentation or refund. This unethical thief then denied my cancellation by email on June 29, then made false documentation saying he shipped them June 30 about over a week after I cancelled it, then only refunded HALF! I disputed with my credit card company and these fraudulent scammers submitted false claims and fake documents while keeping my $1800 for a year and a half now, even though they sent damaged items and we never received the promised replacements! NO right to charge us any fees, absolutely disgusting wasting so much of our time and now costing more time still trying to get the refund over a year later. Filed a complaint with the BBB and am working on filing a complaint with the FTC.

UPDATE: we won the dispute we filed with our credit card company and received a full refund. They reviewed all our documentation that disproved the lies this company's lawyers continued to try and argue and they actually provided fake shipping papers other emails contradicted. (Always send emails documenting everything for a return like this, that is what saved me.)

Avoid at all cost

Avoid at all cost.

My experience is was so negative and still has not come to a conclusion. I do plan to file a case with the Better Business Bureau as I do feel this place is an online scam.

I have waited 30 days for my order to arrive. I also had called customer service to check progress and was assured everything was on track. My target day of delivery for Bath faucets and shower had arrive and even passed with no delivery. I had been a bit concerned that I had received. No additional emails post the order or even after phone calls with customer service. When I called customer service, the agent said they would need to check with their supplier and they would get back to me within a couple of hours. There was no return phone call or email as promised. I called again the next day and was informed that two items I ordered were discontinued and no longer available. Keep in mind this is after customer service had confirm they were available and they were on their way. Unfortunately, my other item was backordered. I can understand that, but after waiting 30 days, it was time to cancel. Even with product not being available and the other product being delayed they were unable to credit my account and have to wait until they receive confirmation from the third-party supplier. It’s unfortunate. I was attracted to their selection and their prices and generally the conversations with customer service were pleasant. It just all seems to be a con.

Professional and knowledgeable company!

The team at KB Authority made my purchases for my bathroom renovation seamless. From answering questions regarding product comparisons, sizes, finishes, and specifications they were a true "partner" from start to finish. They were extremely professional and responsive. They were very knowledgeable and the prices were great. 10/10 I would recommend and use them again.

THIS BUSINESS IS A SCAM

ITS THE BIGGEST SCAM WEBSITE OF ALL TIME. THEY SHOULD BE AWARDED THE SCAMMER OF THE CENTURY. THEY WILL THAKE THE MONEY AND YOU WILL NEVER RECEIVE YOUR ORDER. I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR MORE THAN 5 MONTHS FOR AN ITEM WORTH $1500.00

Fire Magic power burner…

I purchased a Fire Magic power burner toward the end of September from KBA. They promise a 24 - 48 hour response time to confirm your order and provide shipping details. That notice never came, so one week later I called the customer service line. It seems that the product was out of stock and wouldn't be available for 4 weeks. They did charge my credit card right away, though. I have made more than 6 calls to these folks since September and received very little info about my order. They have sent 3 fake shipping notices that turned out to be invalid, and recently sent a fourth. Is the fourth time a charm?? This has been the worst online shopping experience in a very long time, and it isn't over yet. I suspect that I will have to speak to my credit card provider and/or the BBB for a resolution. Each call I make to KBA is pleasant but just serves to prolong the situation with apologies and more promises (that are of course broken). My advice is to avoid this retailer - they are a drop-shipper that has no actual inventory or warehouse. I will update this if the company actually delivers, or I get refunded.

Purchased a bathroom vanity for $1800…

Purchased a bathroom vanity for $1800 in early September. Got an email with tracking information and reached out to the freight company to get an update because the tracking number didn't exist when trying to use it on the website. They said they did not have anyone with my name, phone, or address in their system waiting for delivery so I reached back out to KB. They accidentally sent me someone else's tracking number. No big deal. Provided me with the correct one. 6 weeks later, I am still waiting for my item. KB sent me an email that the item was delivered. I contacted them several times now that I did NOT get the $1800 vanity and no reply. Now I have to dispute it with my credit card company. They have the same stuff as Wayfair. Order from them instead....

KB Authority Sent a Damaged Vanity and Won't Issue the Promised Refund

I ordered a vanity for a bathroom renovation. I was told, repeatedly, that I had 48 hours after receiving it to report damage. I reported, well within 48 hours, that the vanity arrived heavily damaged (was likely a second or return) and sent multiple photos. I have been told several times on the phone and in emails that I will get a refund, but weeks have passed, and I have received nothing. The product was inferior and unusable--none of the drawers worked. People act pleasant polite on the phone, but the whole thing feels like a scam. I ended up having to purchase a different vanity (this time I used Amazon because I know they stand behind their products) to replace the damaged one. This has been a nightmare and one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. Don't buy anything from them.
