The price for my daughter's Lelli Kelly shoes was the cheapest I could find. The shoes were dispatched promptly and arrived sooner than I expected. I was kept informed by email of the status of my order. My daughter loves both the shoes and the free gift!

Bought some designer boots online - the price was approximately half that at our nearest High Street shop. Arrived quickly, properly packed and with trackable delivery information. Couldn't fault the service.

I bought some lellie kellies for my daughter they where such a reasonable price that i questioned the quality. The shoes arrived in great delivery time, perfect condition, and I will definitely be shopping with KCMode again, thank you.

I was asked to order a satchel from KCMode for a relative, however on receipt of the product there was a very clear discrepancy regarding the description of the colour; bag was advertised and illustrated as purple but product received was most definitely pink, despite packing claiming otherwise.
Contacted store who were less than helpful and simply claimed we had received goods ordered (although they obviously didn't have sight of the bag), and failed to enter any proper communication or understanding of the issue. Satchel returned, but received only partial refund, despite claim that product was clearly incorrect.
Not impressed and certainly will NOT use this retailer again.

I am thoroughly impressed with K C Mode. I needed to order a quantity of Fascinators for a Corporate event and they could not have been more helpful when the first one I ordered was the incorrect colour. I then sent a sample of the colour to them and they then suggested two styles and checked the stock level on both of them. I then was able to place the order with confidence. I think went over and above what I had expected of them.
