No pressure selling. Great choice as we wanted a La-z-Boy and they had the one we liked . Delivery guys were brilliant took care bringing in and setting up. Kept informed all the time as to how our order was progressing. Highly recommended.

At the shop the assistant was very knowledgable , really friendly but not false . Gave us all the info we needed on the sofas we were looking at , but also left us alone to look and discuss . Did not fell under anytime of sales pressure . Which my husband and myself do not like .

Brilliant service all round, when purchasing very helpful and polite at the castleford store, the lovely gentleman Tyler and Nathan who delivered our sofa were also very professional, polite gentleman. I would highly recommend this company.

We visited the Doncaster store yesterday and received excellent advice and service from Chloe. It made a refreshing change to not be in a high pressure sales environment. We were left alone to browse whilst Chloe was always available to answer any questions. This experience has resulted in us making a purchase of 2 lazy boy sofas the following morning. We highly recommend that any one who is looking for a new sofa, without having to deal with pushy sales staff, to go to K C Sofas at Doncaster.

From choosing the furniture to having it delivered the company were very helpful and informative. It was also delivered earlier than expected which was a nice surprise. The staff were excellent. In the shop they didn’t push at all but were there to help when needed. The delivery men were brilliant as well.

From our first contact in the Lincoln showroom to delivery of our sofa and cuddle chair yesterday everything was completed in a friendly and courteous manner with no pressure and completed in the time predicted, a perfectly pleasant experience. Kimi and Sam the delivery boys were equally polite on time with the delivery and setting up of the furniture, thank you.

The sofa arrived within the explained time scale . Kami and Sam delivered it within the delivery window on the day promised. They set up the suite and took away all the packaging.
The sofa is now in place and comfortable to sit on.

From our visit to the showroom in Lincoln, to the delivery of our new sofa, an example of what customer service should be. No pushy selling, no hidden extras, we were kept updated on the progress of our order and arranging delivery was a breeze. Couldn't have asked for more.

Friendly helpful sales staff (Lincoln branch). Easy order process. Delivery was by friendly young lads at time specified, updated nicely.

From our initial visit to the Lincoln store to delivery we have had a very positive experience. Our delivery lads Charlie and Sam were excellent ensuring our sofa was placed exactly in position and that we were entirely happy with it before they left . The sofa is excellent quality and we are delighted with it.
