Exactly what I expected and paid for
So far only the one purchase, but grabbed an 18x20 racquet from Dunlop on sale, asked for a medium tension stringing and some accompanying strings.
Works like a charm, delivered nicely - no regrets for either logistics/communication or the result so far.

I had a great experience with the KC…
I had a great experience with the KC tennis. The racket I ordered was listed as unavailable and I was ready to wait a couple of days but to my surprise I got it in less than 24 hours.

The racket was not well packed
The racket was not well packed, hence the box was crushed on the way and the racket was open for any kind of damage. I was also expecting to receive the sleeve for the racket as well, so that was an unpleasant surprise. Now I need to buy it seperately for high prices.

Unfortunate to hear that your package was crushed.. That's not the way we want our customers to receive their order. Our apologies for that. Regarding the sleeve for the racket. Not all rackets will be delivered with fleece/headcover, including the racket you ordered. This is also mentioned in the productdetails.
Nevertheless we wish you lots of fun with the racket.

I find it strange that you have contacted us twice with the question if the balls where in stock and if it was possible to get an extra discount. We told you are stock position and that an extra discount was NOT possible. This was all before you made the purchase. And now you are not happy with our price.....This can be true, but this should not surprise you in any way.
