Ordered a watch in early march, with delivery for may. But I havent received it yet in august. I havent gotten a tracking link for my order, also i dont seem to have a user account where i can see my order. I wrote the support an email which they didnt reply to. When i called their phone number it was an endless waiting line for an operator.

Good collection I love the way they display, and my favorite is high heels specially, I like the back heels I bought them and these are comfortable, I am satisfied

Good price, rapid delivery arrived within 5 days, I put on a bit extra for this, worth it thou! and most important genuine product, so I now own a very handsome Seiko PADI "turtle" dive watch, I can ask for nothing more, so to all you working at Kechiq thankyou.

Ordered a watch on Thursday and it arrived the next day!
I had a few concerns because the price was a lot cheaper than the competition, however those doubts are well and truly gone. Watch is exactly what I ordered and the communication with the company has been good. 100% I would buy from this company again!

I had some doubts about this site but now I can say I'm very satisfied. On-time delivery and seriousness. Excellent product.

Very tricky return policy that makes it very difficult to return a watch that I didn't like. You couldn't remove the film and the cash refund is only 14days instead of 100 days free return shown.

My watch has turned to today. Everything was perfect with it, all in working order. No problems throughout the process and was delivered on time. Happy with my purchase. Thanks.

Only 2 weeks to come from Italy to regional Australia during COVID, and to be fair to them, a week of that was sitting in a Fedex depot here in Australia. The watch (Orient Kamasu) was in perfect condition and with all the original packaging and tags. I know it's only one purchase, but I would definitely buy again from them with confidence.

Received my watch really fast and with all box, tags, guarantee, instructions etc etc etc.
From Italy to Australia in 10 days at a time when I was waiting for 2+ weeks for parcels to come from other states in Australia and 2+ months for parcels from China - many of which never EVER arrived!
I would have given 5 stars but for the fact I ordered when they had a promotion where courier was supposed to be free but I ended up getting charged anyway. Overall very happy though and would definitely order from them again.

Genuine Product. Delivery was 3 days late but shipping details show the item stuck in singapore for 5 days. Note: This is during the corona crisis also. So over all very happy.

Watch cost 40-60% less than uk sellers so really happy with price, took two weeks to come via standard delivery rather than express(covid19) maybe but really happy with watch now its here

I must say, I never write reviews, I was extremely impressed with the service, the watch was delivered from Italy to UK within 2 working days, unfortunately I had to return the watch as it wasn't as expected but even the refund service was quicker than getting on the high Street.

Extremely trustworthy!

We order a watch for my Father in Law, which was supposed to get delivered in India. For some reason, the watch was held up at the customs for 4 months and presumed lost. As the order was never delivered, Kechiq refunded the money after a few attempts and also took the action to deal with the logistics partner and the shipment itself.

Although I can't comment on the quality of the product, I would definitely like to thank the Customer Service team, specially Illeana, who did a commendable job by managing my expectations throughout this time.

Was sceptical as the price was significantly lower but was dispatched from Italy and arrived via DHL within 3 days.
