I ordered my items pn 27 March, and the item is stuck at "pending shipment" since 30Mar. Today is already 8 April. Emailed their sales team multiple times and got ignored all the way. Very lousy and unresponsive customer service :(
When you order your devices with "Express Delivery" and nothing happens in one and half weeks, there something wrong with the company.

I decided to call Keelog directly by phone. And organized a new shipment of the parcel. This time via inPost and not with that horrible DPD group. And package arrived perfectly.

BEFORE.
They ship with DPD! I ordered 2 PSUs for my 2 Commodore Machines. I never received the items because they used DPD to send the parcel. DPD, instead of bringing me the parcel, gave it to the Pickup Point that is far ONLY 50 meters from my home! The man at the Pickup Point, wanted a PIN to give me the parcel, a code that you should receive ny DPD via SMS. UNFORTUNATELY THIS PIN NEVER CAME BY SMS. Now this parcel went back to the seller (Keelog), and even after 6 emails asking to be refunded, I am not getting any answer.
I spent 104 Euros. I have to think that I lost my money!
