The company is terrible. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
The company is terrible. Be careful when booking with these guys as they make false promises over the phone and do bot deliver what they promise. The cleaners sent did not come with masks or take COVID into consideration that was the first concern. Second concern was they came to do a deep clean and left cobwebs and dust everywhere. The cleaners sent do not work for them directly they are subcontracted. The cleaners sent were domestic and not equipped to carry out a deep clean or end of tenancy clean. I paid a £187 pounds for two cleaners to do 3 hours total. Had I have employed two independent cleaners to carry out the same task it would have cost me half the price so basically you are paying 87 pounds just for this company to connect you to a cleaning firm. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

The service booked and provided was including our cleaning detergents and equipment and based on the checklist, everything was covered accordingly. The services are not hourly rated, but based on the general layout of the property, where all the details around the price and the areas that will get cleaned, was brought to your attention. Our company provided the service, despite the ongoing situation on the day of the cleaning, the team worked in an extremely stressful environment, which obstructed their job in general, however as professionals they provided the service up to the highest possible standards.

Completely unprofessional service and total lack of respect for my home
I arrived home to water on my iPad, water marks on my carpet, my things being strewn rather than put back in their place, the mop and hoover being left downstairs rather than being put away, and worst of all the order of service from my fathers funeral has been knocked down and not picked back up!
The floor was not been properly cleaned, and the hardwood flooring was left soaking, my living room rug wasn’t even lifted to clean underneath!
There were several areas that were left without being touched. I have no idea what this cleaner was doing for 3 hours but it wasn’t much.
When I called head office to raise my upset that my home has been treated with a total lack of respect, and provided pictures in evidence, the “managers” didn’t care and only offered me a £10 refund on the proviso I didn’t leave a bad review...! Blackmail. So I will leave my bad review of this totally unprofessional, insufficient joke of a cleaning company.
Do not use this company, I’d question whether the other reviews here are genuine as my service was so bad.

We would like to share with you that the service booked was hourly rated and the cleaned covered as much of your property as possible, where the client should provide all the cleaning detergents and equipment for the service. Usually for covering the whole property and cleaning every single item in the property we suggest our Professional Deep cleaning service, where all the small and large details will be covered and there is no time limit for the service itself, however sending one cleaner for a fixed time cannot guarantee covering the whole property in any case. Our regular cleaners focus on the general cleaning, dusting etc. Nevertheless, the cleaner was instructed by yourself which areas to cover first where to prioritize and she did do so.
We would like to apologize once again for the order of service, as already mentioned this is something done not intentionally and most probably it could have fallen when the cleaner was closing the door while leaving, as she did not notice this happening.
Lastly, we would like to add that we do not blackmail our clients at any point, the only thing we have asked is whether you are happy with the resolution of the situation, which you confirmed at that point.
