Ordered 8 packets of Your-Phyto but only 4 arrived .This cost £137 .Four emails sent but no reply .impossible to find a customer support phone number .A good product but cannot risk money like this again .They have lost a customer .Had to pay their PayPal account but unable to contact them either .

The ad I got on Facebook only gave one source for it after I clicked on Learn More. That source was genetictestor.com When I googled it all I got was “this website is available to purchase”. I was unable to find out any info re it until I ended up here. Needless to say that is very suspicious n I refused to learn more.

This is very difficult to review as they seem at best, chronically disorganised and at worst downright negligent. But when you do wrestle the products out of them, they are superb. Their probiotic formula has sorted out my gut issues, which were persistent and linked to Long Covid. I am bracing myself to try and place yet another order. But I do wish they would get their act together !

Finally a product that has real research behind it & with Zoe & Tim Spector really changing the way scientists & specialists are being listened to , we can look forward to better gut health & knowledge, which as professors Thomas has illustrated can really help all types of inflammation & disease . All my friends now buy Yougut+ with amazing results & I am obsessed by polyphenols so can’t live without Phyto -v . It is my mission to let all my friends know that by taking these you can reduce so many diseases

I’ve taken it many times, although my last delivery was a late and left me feeling a bit disappointed, this time it was fast and quick. Product easily swallowed. Very satisfied.

I was a little apprehensive after reading some of the recent feedback but everything arrived quickly as ordered.

Like other customers I also neither received a confirmation email about my order, tracking info, nor any replies to my emails querying this (the email was sent to the address stated in the "contact us" section).
But the product arrived within a couple of days.
So one star deduction for terrible customer service, and another star deduction for taking extra payment for a tracked delivery without ever supplying the details for tracking the parcel.

I've ordered two products and both arrived on time. No issues with delivery. Started using both and very happy with them so far. Good service overall!

I would give it no stars at all or negative, thankfully paypal refunded me. Waited 17 days, no shipping confirmation, zero communication. Dont fall for it.

Terrible. No confirmation of order and no response to queries. Am reporting and requesting a refund.

I placed an order on 21st April but not received confirmation or delivery date and now found that it's a scam site. What really annoys me is that Phyto- V say at the end of their website info' we have run out of product due to high demand but you can order from keep-healthy. Disgraceful.

I’d give it zero if possible. Don’t order anything as you won’t receive anything.

At best it’s a dormant site, at worst they are con artists

This company is a disgrace. No confirmation of my order, they do not reply to queries. No sign of my order or when it will be dispatched. Will be asking PayPal for a complete refund. If I could give a zero rating I would. Do not buy anything from this company.

I placed and paid for an order 15 days ago and am still waiting for confirmation or a reply to my two emails. If you look on some of the comments on the Facebook page, many others are having the same problem. Its unacceptable now. I don't think they should be trading at all, there is zero customer service. Not sure how Trustpilot justifies giving them 3 *

I placed an order a week ago and paid with PayPal. They sent no confirmation of order and I can't get a reply to my emails.
I see someone else has listed the same problem but with Keephealthy.com a different company, but the person means Keep-healthy (with hyphen) because it is on the Isle of Man.
