Keepsakes of Yaxley Bouquet of Flowers

Bought a delivery of a bouquet of flowers to be delivered for Valentines. Ordered the bouquet in the shop based on an example they had for this purpose. When the bouquet was brought home, it was smaller than the one in the shop. Some of the flowers looked limp and gone-over. We placed them into a large vase of water and added the plant food supplied. Within three days the roses had finished and became limp and squashed-looking. The flowers that had looked half-dead when they arrived did not pick up. By a week later, of the four lilies supplied, only one opened. This is the only time in 30 years I have bought a bouquet that is poor quality like this. I asked the florists for their opinion. They were very snotty about it. They couldn't see what my 'gripe' was. I sent photos and described the state of the bouquet. They said we didn't see eye to eye 'on what constitutes a quality product'. I told them that I was not expecting a refund or a replacement, just an acknowledgement that something had gone wrong, and maybe next year just add a couple of extra blooms to the bouquet. They told me not to use their business again!. I used this company to support local business. Well, I have learned my lesson. The product was poor quality and the customer service stinks.
