I saved my card on the Keeta app and…

I saved my card on the Keeta app and ordered from it a few times. The day before yesterday, I woke up to find 4 orders charged to my card that I never made. I contacted customer service 3 times since then, and every time they say management will call me, but no one ever does. Honestly, please remove your cards and avoid using this app.

The best platform!

Bismillahirrahmanirrahim..

I’ve ordered from many platforms before, but Keeta is definitely one of the best, especially with the great discounts available. I recently ordered McDonald’s in Medina, and everything went smoothly. A special compliment to the delivery rider as well, very friendly, fast, and professional.

Really satisfied with the overall service!

The worst service ever they take my money they cancel my order and didn’t give me my refund show in the app refund successfully but not get anything I contact the customer service one month not get any help

They are totally fraud!!!

They are totally fraud! I ordered chowking at 6:30PM. I waited until 9:06PM which they mentioned the rider is arriving 9:06PM. Guess what? They cancelled my order at exactly 9:06PM and the the order is paid online!!! They sent a message that refund is on process but it's mentioned within 10 days! These are horrible scammers!!!! This is my first and last order! Never again and be sure to refund my payment ASAP!!!!

Horrible service

Horrible system , I had to complain so the they would send the order to the restaurant, got delayed 2 hours. Asked to cancel , no one cared. Very lazy, incompetent customer service agents. And now I'm fighting to have my money back .. no one cares

SCAMMM!! , DONT USE KEETA

I had guests at home and placed an order for first time at KEETA app and waited almost 1 hour to get my order and it was LATE, so I tried contacting customer support through chat in their App, While I was talking to them I got notification that my order is delivered hence i RECEIVED NOTHING, not even a call from driver, i even i checked outside of my door there was NO DRIVER OR PARCEL, so I contacted driver and he told me that the “order is CANCELLED” because you didn’t respond my call, and driver said me to contact KEETA support team.

When I contacted support team they kept telling me that the “DRIVER HAS LEFT THE ORDER AT DOOR” but there was nothing, hence driver told me the order has been cancelled and I’ve to contact support team, both the SUPPORT PERSON & DRIVER had different statements.

and instead of solving or investigating the issue the support team choose to ARGUE with me over chat for almost 30mins with the same note that driver said he left the order at your door, and there’s nothing they can do, they kept saying me to check CCTV cameras of house when there’s no CCTV at the door, and at the end they provide no solution and even didn’t not REFUND my money, and closed the chat.

I would say you,
DONT USE KEETA to unless you’re willing to waste your money, remain starving or willing to experience the WORST EVER service and support in your life

Those guys are not credible and…

Those guys are not credible and thieves, they canceled a partial delivery because the rider forgot to collect, the product cost 115 AED and they refunded 85 AED. I contacted them many times with no success, replying they have their own policy.
they are bunch of thieves.

A deplorable experience in Saudi Arabia…

A deplorable experience in Saudi Arabia on Eid al-Fitr! These are real scammers operating like this in a Muslim country—what a disgrace! The delivery driver never delivered my order! He claimed he gave it to an employee outside the hotel. The dishonest customer service refused to refund me! Even in Europe, a non-Muslim country, they are more honest and offer refunds if the order isn't delivered (Uber Eats, Deliveroo, etc.). Seeing the other negative reviews about this app, I understand my bad experience better. Avoid this thieving app!

I had an horrible experience with Keeta…

I had an horrible experience with Keeta in Dubai food service, the riders the customer service everyone,
First of all my ordered was delivered at wrong location and then rider says i messaged you which he couldn’t even wait for 5 mins, and then both customer service and rider is telling to go n get it collected from the wrong building and door, and then when i raised voice rider says i will not deliver it to you now, you go n cut the call, says i was doing batamizi.

What kind of service are you providing KEETA

Worst service every drivers carless

Worst service every drivers carless, support team that useless. Missing items even the restaurant offered to make new orders that the driver left they refused to send another driver or refund the money 4 hours with the support team getting the same response "there's nothing we can do"

Very poor service

Base on my experience Keeta food delivery have a very poor service as i ordered the meal for a person with a medically condition the restaurant accept the order and suddenly when it’s time for delivery Keeta cancelled it and for the refund i need to wait for 7 business working day.
