Very easy to order from website. Prices are reasonable too . I have a prolapse, and I have found that changing my type of probe I use has helped me more than the original one you get when buying the Kegal Ultra8 , advised by a health provider

I think this product is a useful addition to my self care routine for the intimate area. For me a couple of times a week before bed seems to suit. Everyone is so different in terms of what their bodies need but I'm pleased to have bought it and to be giving it a try. Well priced and delivery was straight forward.

I found Kegel consultant Fiona so helpful and pleasant as I needed some guidance in using the Kegel pelvic floor machine. Very supportive 👍👏

While I have no complaints about the product itself, I am extremely disappointed with the customer service experience. My order arrived with missing parts, and I contacted the company via email immediately. After receiving no response, I submitted a query through their website — again no reply. A week later, I followed up again with no success. I then attempted to call today, only to be met with a recorded message stating that the lines are currently closed and to contact them through the website—something I’ve already done multiple times.

At this point Kegel 8, I would appreciate a prompt response in order to resolve the issue

This is my third Kegel8 and I’ve been delighted with the strengthening of the pelvic floor, helping issues with frequency. Each time though, contacts on the wires which enable to unit to function loosen and fail, meaning that the product ceases to function. Kegel8 state that you can purchase replacement wires, but this is very clearly an area of weakness

Great service from the team. Prompt delivery and answered my questions quickly and efficiently. I do enjoy using the device so far-just bought it and it’s quite easy to use!

Bought a vacuum pump which doesn't appear to work. I emailed them and received a reply saying
"Your return request has been received and is now being processed"
That was several weeks ago. I have emailed them since and not received any reply. Their phone lines have been closed so there is no other way of contacting them

Used the Kegal8 after prostrate removal. After my catheter was removed I only leaked if I coughed sneezed or laughed. I've been using this device for ages and still no improvement. I still pee when I sneeze, laugh & cough.

It also glitches, it would turn its self off now & again and when trying to set the power on the program it only goes up to 10 rather than the 30 I need.

I am 54 years of age and should be healing quicker with this machine.
This product does not work so save your money...

I had a positive experience. The delivery arrived on time, safely. Mostly I am satisfied with the product.

My question sent by email was answered quickly and accurately with care transmitted, even in writing. Dispatch and delivery was expedited as quick as was possible which meant I got it faster and with less delivery cost as I was visiting the UK for the following weekend. Product is exactly as advertised. Very comfortable to use and having researched what is available, the Kegel8 appealed as the wider part is last to enter which makes it much more useful. Oil channel also works very well.

Good service, prompt delivery

My order came in good time and in good condition.

I purchased these to see if I could lessen my need for over frequent trips to the ladies which is difficult and embarrassing at times. I'm happy to report I have experienced about 50% less need to find a loo all the time and down to one toilet trip on average at night. I know everyone has different experiences but, for me, it has been very positive and I woul recommend giving them a go as they are affordable and promptly delivered. A thumbs up from me.

Royal mail lost my parcel and when I contacted customer services, they replied very quickly and dispatched a replacement. Excellent service.

Item not delivered i. The timeframe advertised and the item bought was very expensive but the worst I’ve had of its kind- uncomfortable and didn’t do its function

Kegal 8 is an easy site to navigate. There is plenty of information about the products and about the reason we women sometimes need help. I didn’t need help from customer services with this order but the first time I purchased a Kegal they were very helpful. Suggesting the type of machine I needed. Their help was invaluable to me as I had no idea about Kegal exercises and the benefits. I would recommend this company to anyone who is unsure where to start.
