Wonderful Customer Care at Kegel 8. Emma has been a dream,helping me with the technology, orders. Very professional, kind, helpful. Am very grateful.

Pretty bad return experience. 1 of the items is wrong. I have been trying to return the order to them for the last 2 weeks, noone has came back to me with a return address even after several emails. They don't provide a return address on their website, nor return label so unless you are 100% you want to keep the item even if it is the wrong one, don't use them. They are expensive and terrible with customers. I would never use them again. I am £200 at lost currently because I cannot return any thing.

I phoned the helpful staff for advice and they were so friendly and efficient!

THE VACUUM PUMP WAS NOT DESIGNED FOR MEN WITH SMALL PENIS AND IT PROVED NOT TO WORK FOR ME, OF COURSE I CANNOT RETURN IT BECAUSE I HAVE TRIED TO USE IT.

After two weeks, I still haven’t received my order and i am being asked to put a review for the product!!! Are they taking the piss?

The Kegel8 machine is good, after 3 months of exercises it really did help me with my "urge" problem a couple of years ago. I was pleased.

More recently, however, when I wanted to work on my pelvic floor once more, I wasn't impressed with the service I received. I ordered some fresh exercise gel which turned out to be not so fresh after all - it's as old as my original gel and expires in a few weeks when I still expect to be using it!

I sent in a complaint/query about getting a more up to date replacement product but they have blanked me; no response. Very poor stock control in my opinion, abysmal customer service and all very disappointing from a company I thought would be more professional than this.

So ladies/gents, if you order exercise gel just check the date on the bottom as they are still sending out old stock which may have expired and could be harmful if used on intimate areas for all I know.

UPDATE:
Three weeks after my email (and only after this review was published) I finally got a response from the company. The upshot of it is that, following the production of photographic evidence, they kindly replaced the product for a fresher bottle free of charge so all is well.

I had a question about my delivery and the issue was resolved very quickly and courteously. Very good customer service.

I am so glad that I have found these little gems. Keeps everything moist and working. I am in my sixties and still enjoy an active sex life and these vaginal suppositories are an absolute must for my lady flora. I have been using them for over a year now and I will continue to do so. Happy that I found them. Highly recommend.

As all this is very new to me I had lots of questions to ask, and they were answered fully and in a clear way that I could understand.

Customer sales team were very helpful when dealing with my query. Phone was answered promptly and was followed up with a return call as promised.Delivery of my product was fast and efficient. I highly recommend this company.

I was very stressed about duplicate orders that were sent to me due to a glitch in the check out page. I had been charged for the 3 duplicate orders that were sent to me. Bethany at customer sales was exceedingly helpful, apologised for the mixup and provided me with the link for a tracked free returns. As soon as the goods were back she immediately refunded me and sent me an email informing me.
It was friendly, excellent service from her and efficient system of returning and refunding.

OK so this is for the ladies with looseness after childbirth and incontinence.
So ladies iv had 4 boys vaginally and I have been so insecure about wether i was loose down there or not, so much so that it kept me from a love life . I stopped having sex out of fear he wouldn't feel pleasure and to be honest I stop feeling anything ages ago. I cried all the time to God hoping to have some form of sex life ,anyway . Found this and have been using p07 and p14 religiously everyday . I have ignored the recommendations of not using a high ma and Let me tell you I can feel it tightening my hoo haa. It grabs the pelvic and releases it . Something I was unable to do on my own. I'm so excited for a new strong vagina to . It's really changing my life and my confidence . I will buy the biofeed once I can start doing them on my own without effort .

This is fake. Once you buy the product, you won'tbe able to open it. They just change the name on trustpilot. Imposible to unsuscribe.
