I bought a Kegel8 Biofeedback Trainer at the beginning of April this year and immediately had problems with the device. For a start the test mode did not work as the instructions described and which I initially found confusing but persevered and worked out how test mode did work. The fun and games started with the training mode which did not respond properly when I did the exercises resulting in inaccurate readings which gave a false impression of my progress. When I contacted Kegel8 I was told that this was because I did not relax properly between each flex but this was not the case. Eventually it was agreed that I could return the for testing. It was sent back to me described as tested and working correctly. This was on 21st April. I have not used the device since receiving it back because I have no faith in it but yesterday I decided to give it another go, fitted new batteries and switched it on. To my absolute fury it is even worse than it was before!! Now it does not even load the test programme properly!! It inflates the probe, emits a number of buzz sounds and then switches off and yes, I have made sure that the batteries are new and have a full charge. To my even greater fury and disappointment I have left it too late to be within the 90 day return. I agree with other reviews here that the customer service is not good and I am really disappointed. I have phoned Kegel8 and been promised a call back but I doubt I'll get a refund now. I just want to leave this review to warn others of my experience.

Team were very helpful when a faulty replacement was delivered and did their best to sort out immediately. Extremely grateful not to have had to discuss it with a chat bot!

Love my Kegel8 ultra 20 toner however my battery blew up in the toner and now I’m unable to use it. I live in the US and am wondering if our batteries are not compatible?? I’ve been using them for several years so not sure what happened. I used to be able to buy batteries from Kegel8 but haven’t seen them for a while. Now I need to buy a third unit. I’ll do it because they work so good!

The advisor’s have been helpful although maybe a little rushed, so far so good, I am coping with a prolapse so I will have to see if it improves so that is reason for 4 stars not 5 yet.

Hello ladies,(This is going to be a long one,but PLEASE READ IT)......)I started using my Kegel just over 12 weeks ago and I'm pleased to say that it is definitely working for me..I have a Utera Virginal Prolapse and have struggled for 8 years.I had to give up my job because of my prolapse 😞(Hairdresser) I have worked my way up to pro 03 which I do first thing in the morning and last thing in the evening, I'm working towards program 05 (maintenance) It's just a part of my life now,I also practice Yoga.
I would also like to share this next part of my story with you all. I have researched Pessaries and "OH MY GOD"my life has completely changed🙏I can't believe that Kegel don't let us know that while using the Kegel exceriser you should use a pessary during the day to support everything.Thats exactly what I have discovered 'MYSELF'.
I asked myself...If I'm doing these excerises with my Kegel religiously what is happening during the day????? No support at all!! So all that great effort put in is still leaving me feeling discomfort.ANSWER..Please look into the Pessaries that Kegel have on there site and establish what size is for you and use it during the day every day and support that prolapse that you are working so hard to fix.I use the Cantam Pessary Size,,,size to suit me but you will have to take the time to establish your size.I also use some lub👍All you have to do is clean it and sterilise it (I use Milton liquid) just a little in a container at night then rinse through,and ready for that day.I swear Ladies I feel I'm back to pre prolapse 🙏🌷I didn't realise how much of an effect the prolapse had on me until I decided to take control and educate myself and get started on sorting... Surgery was not an option for me..my thinking is if you can fix something yourself give it a go!!!😊

The shipping didn’t take too long maybe 4 days or so. The product is in tact and works! Def can tighten things up.

Very upset at being refused a refund and told I did not study the product information on the website well enough before purchasing a product. In fact I was very careful, but the website information is misleading/incomplete. Misleading descriptions whereby the product can’t be used for the intended purpose are against the UK law. This has cost me a lot of money and the company has not even apologised once.
I had been using a Kegel8 device on and off for a few years and the probe wire frayed. I purchased a similar new probe from the website, after checking that it is specifically compatible with my device, only to find out when I opened the package that they only include half the wire and it can’t connect to the Kegel8. Apparently half of the wire is called the “lead wire” (this half has the connector going into the Kegel8 device). There are five still photos of the probe on the website, none of which shows the end of the wire/connectors. You therefore can’t see that it won’t connect to the device. And there is one video which if you look on a really big screen you might just make out the connectors, but you have to have a big screen and be not just looking but poring over every millimetre of the image on screen to spot this. There’s no text mentioning you need an additional product, the lead wire, to connect the separately purchased probe to the device and use it. There is no section or advice on replacing broken parts.

Helpful instructions not yet completed the treatment but so far so good.

I have had my Kegel for 2 weeks and I am noticing a slight difference but still not enough to ditch the pads! We will see….

I have only been using the Kegel8 for 3 weeks, but I haven't noticed any improvements yet. I really do hope this works

Lillie was extremely helpful in allowing me to extend the warranty on my Kegel machine after I had forgotton to extend the warranty when I first purchased the machine.

Disappointed that the gold probe has been replaced with the silver one.
