Ordered assortment of "Oetiker style" one ear clamp. REceived product as promised. Shipment was prompt and reasonable.
The clamps are of substandard quality. They appear to be made with very thin metal. They fail to cinch as original design and manufacture Oetiker clamps. I cannot trust with moderate high pressure fitting.

Outstanding service! I ordered some kegerator parts and the service and responsiveness were outstanding. I had a small issue with my order and it was handled very quickly. I plan to order from Keg Outlet exclusively in the future. Great company.

The kegerator sent to me was listed on the back as "household refrigerator" and was not NSF, yet they knew through multiple emails that we are a coffee shop and NSF is standard for all kitchen equipment in commercial food service. To send it back meant paying postage and swallowing a 15 percent restock fee. So I lost money on the deal. The worst part is that the company does not have their mailing address on their Facebook page, their website (their address is not even on the returns page on their website), and was EXTREMELY difficult to find the address so I can send this back. I did buy an NSF kegerator from therestaurantstore.com for the same price they charge. (For the record, I was willing to exchange this for an NSF kegerator and pay the difference but the restock fees and such was too much to swallow.) Scratching this off as a bad experience. I am sure they will post a followup publicly to look good to potential customers, either defensive (try to make me look bad) or apologetic (promising to make good), but the fact they never gave me the address so I know where to send this back was the biggest disappointment.

Needed some particular kit (5 head secondary regulators and 8" stainless steel shanks). Placed an order with a note explaining my (short timeline) situation. Immediately got an email from Brendan. He assembled and shipped what he could. He contacted the manufacturer to secure additional stock and arranged shipment direct to me to meet my timeline. And kept in communication the entire time. Amazing experience. If you aren't using Keg Outlet as your supplier you should be!

So this is why i give them 5 stars. I have never owned or put together components for a keg. Everything they sent me was so simple and well thought out for the customer take on. Their youtube videos are very helpful and precise if you need a visual to help you along. I got my keg up and going but was still not right. Their customer service is fantastic and I will keep coming back to these guys all day long for any supplies and advice. One stop shop.

Everyone involved was very helpful. From technical details & preferences to basic shipping, questions were answered quickly & politely. I look forward to doing business with Keg Outlet again.

Had a great experience from end to end. The team here answered all my questions, and even followed up on my order to let me know I'd chosen all the right components for my system. They were in touch promptly about a back ordered product, with a solution. I had some freight damage on delivery (totally not their fault), and they went above and beyond to solve that as well. Love my new nitro coffee setup, products are great, prices were great and Keg Outlet offers fantastic service.

1st attempt at using same after some time in the house the tank relief valve went. I tried to use the regulator to at least use some of the CO2 and the regulator was stuck. Had to dismantle it to use it (was pressed in and stuck) and got it to turn but it was too late as the valve had emptied the bottle.

All in all very unsatisfying so I bought a different one from The kegman. Hope it's better as this tank is now useless. Moving on to another company.

Had contact with Cary who said they'd work with me to make it right. I will adjust this review as that happens. 1 star to 3 star for the contact and effort.

Changed review to 5. I had to return (no cost to me) the device and all monies were returned. Things happen folks and great customer service is measured on what you do then. These people stood up and made it right. I will buy from them again. Thank you!

I placed an order on 02/11/20 for a cold brew kegerator with 4 2.5 gallon kegs, 3 nitro tanks and a few other things. The total of the order was $1,720. When the order arrived it was missing 1 of the 2.5 gallon kegs. When i was aware of the missing item but could confirm the rest of the order was correct, i called Keg Outlet. I only received a recorded message asking me to leave a message and I would receive a return call. I did not receive a return call. I called the following day and again i left a message, and again i did not receive a return call. In fact I still have never received a return call and it is more than a month later. I did receive an email from Brandon 2 weeks after my first call stating his records indicate that all 4 have been sent. I replied that although his records might indicate that all 4 were sent only 3 were received. there have been 3 or 4 emails back and forth but still no resolution and no missing keg. The keg itself is only $120 but the point is that i should have received what i paid for. This is the second kegerator i have purchased from Keg Outlet and the first time there was a problem. I can see now that customer service is not important to Keg Outlet. Responding to messages is not high on their list of things to do either. I still need to receive either the missing keg i paid for or a refund. This shows me that Keg Outlet is not an honest company and does not value their customers.

The Keg Outlet team are amazing. Very reliable and quick customer service. I live in Virginia and can count on them to have some of the best deals, quick shipping and great prices all the time. Highly Recommended!!

I am an Artisan Coffee Roaster in the process of opening a retail coffee bar. I was introduced to nitro coffee a year ago. I started playing putting a 'home' system together. With the opening of The Urban Cup nitro was a must. So I had to take my gear and knowledge to a new level. Brandan and Keg Outlet are my 'GoTo'. They have been responsive...which seems to be an art form today...knowledgeable and helpful. I retrofitted a beer kegerator with Brandan's guidance and Keg Outlet gear. The Customer Service was phenomenal. Cary took the time to call and e-mail me pertaining to a question I asked a day prior to my order. Cary remembered the question and followed up to see if I was interested in the product I asked about before he finalized the order.

The Keg Outlet guys have been exceptional. We are an Australian cold brew company + some time ago were looking for a simple solution to scale up our brew facility.
