I have used the service for my Reiki, I have been a client of Elizabeth @ The Peaceful Planet for many years and since she has been using the Keia service I find it very advantageous in many ways. In particular, confirmation emails on booking, reminder texts and the ability to now change or make a booking on line. I have also used the website for other similar services which I did not know about before. I have also spoken to Lee in Customer Services a few times and he always goes above and beyond and is a pleasure to speak to. I would highly recommend.

To say it was by no coincidence of events when i came accross this company while also attending a meeting in the same building on the same day. I felt it was destiny a true god send meeting all the team at Keia. They have been unbelievely helpful to me in more ways than one. I dont mind mensioning to you i am a dyslexic person and while going as far as sitting next to me at a computer to make sure my profile was piture perfect on their website is what i call holistic in its nature.Taking the time to help me discribe in detail my experience and expertise to date as a qualified MBACP pratitioner. All the team are emensely hard working and their aim is always to please both the professional staff and clients in achieving their goals. I would definately say for me it was some sort of synchronicity, faith as i have wanted for sometime to set up my own private counselling practice in supporting those for effected with substance misuse and mental health combined (namely dual diagnosis). As its not an easy road to take becoming self employed this service has certinely helped alleviate my anxiety with this. To sum up in a few words i guess one cant. I booked an appointment through Keia and it was so easy. The website is easy to navigate and the confirmation was instant. It didn’t take long at all to search for a mobile hair appointment in my area, once I looked at the profile and decided on the hairdresser I wanted, I simply clicked book and gave the time I wanted it for, the rest was done for me. So easy to use and the confirmation and reminders were great.
