Kelgas recently carried out some work on a relatively new system (installed by others) at my elderly parents home. From the first phone call to discuss what was required, to the moment the engineer left their house, we have all been really impressed. A great, friendly, professional and knowledgable team who care about their customers. We couldn’t ask for more. My parents were delighted. Well done and thanks to all at Kelgas.

Recently decided to replace gas combi boiler. From initial contact, had a quote within a week and a new boiler and radiator within 3 weeks. Competitive price, work of a high standard, swift responses to emails and a company that attends when they say they will - whats not to love!

This is a very professional company who I have used for years that they have never let me down.
They are very particular when servicing my boiler and don't take any short cuts and always clean up if needed which is appreciated.

We’ve had a great experience with the Kelgas team. The removal and replacement of the radiators at our house was completed to a high standard with great communication/updates. They also left our house tidier than when they arrived! The service received throughout from scheduling the visit/quote was excellent and would happily use again or recommend to friends and family.

From the offset, Zoe in the office was very friendly and efficient in programming in the job. Most trades people hardly ever reply so this was a breath of fresh air! Craig who attended the property was very friendly; knowledgeable and showed how much he cared to get the problem rectified in the most time & cost effective manner. My only gripe was the hourly rate which was higher than past experiences with other plumbers but was happy to pay a premium to get the job done! Very professional and would highly recommend.

First class, friendly service, throughout from booking to getting the job completion. I had a high priority job which they attended to quickly and it gave me peace of mind. I have recommended them to friends and will continue to do so. I live on my own so having a company I can trust is important to me.

The simple replacement of washers turned out to be hellish and required the taps (corroded beyond repair) being replaced, but the guys were helpful, obliging and efficient. I'm just so glad I didn't attempt to do it myself!
